‼(SCAM) (SCAM) (SCAM) You are not desperate enough to bring…read moreyou car to Jay's I brought my 2013 Countryman s to get an oil leak fix after I got it diagnosed at Loveland Mini when they told me it was the rear main seal and the front crank case seal Jay's tells me that they will have to diagnose and charge me $250 to do so After a week they call me and tell me it's my oil pan gasket and immediately I know this is inaccurate but went ahead and paid $2400 for the repair 2 weeks later my car is dripping oil and I can smell it burning off the exhaust pipe I drop it off again and After one week they call me to tell me the oil pan gasket is still leaking even though it never was to begin with and they advise that the rear main seal needs to be replaced and it would be $3500 after I already shelled out $2400 for the none existent problem they supposedly fixed at that point I did some investigation and after reading all the reviews I finally got it They are a huge SCAM no sympathy for their customers they are out to get as much money out of people and SCAMMING at every chance they get Bottom line I'm out $2400 and my car is still not fixed Will not recommend to my worst enemy stay away and find a mom and pop shop wanting to make a living Jay's sucks Thank you for nothing (SCAMMERS) Even if they offer to fix my problem for free I wouldn't come back and now I will push to not even bring company vehicles in for anything from the company I work for let's see who loses more.

He brought us over to the car and showed us how the person who replaced my tires actually lost a weight on one and tried to cover it up too! So we were prepared to to pay like $300 and ended up paying for a $25 brake adjustment. Really impressed with the honesty of this place.

I took my Honda in in March to have the brakes bled. They told me my rear calipers were "frozen". They had my car over 3 days, cleaned me out, refused giving me a written warranty only verbal "lifetime guarantee" on the pads, both rear tires were missing the valve stem caps (why would you steal the caps off the tires?) plus the "new" rear rotors and calipers they charged me for are no good. The "new" calipers were leaking rust after one week and the rotors make grinding sounds. A couple of months ago I slammed on the brakes to avoid a red light runner, going only 15 mph, making a turn from a full stop, (I rarely drive anymore) and the brakes failed and caused a light fender bender. Every time I drive my car since I picked it up from them you can hear the wheels grinding. They never bled the brakes either. The pedal goes to the floor at a red light and I have to pump the pedal at long lights. I just can't go back in there even though I've told my husband I'd need him to go with me because they scare me. They seemed nice but sloppy (with parts boxes all over the "lobby"), and who the heck steals valve stem caps? OMG Do not ever go in here unless you like being ripped off big time. Since it's been 8 months and I still just can't get myself to go back to them, I'm writing my poor review here. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2017...The Brake Shop has closed down.

I've thought about what I was going to say for a few days now, My son who left his truck in the…read morecare of his brother (my other son) while he was overseas on deployment. He wanted to have his truck lifted and his brother did that.. however before the deployment he and his brother replaced tie rod ends.. between that time and the time of the lifting, less than 300 miles were put on the truck. So the truck was lifted and new ball joints were put on, new brakes and roters were installed.. Then my son and I did some general mechanical/maintenance/repair to fix windows, and replace a sensor that controls the cruise control and shifting.. To test that we had to drive the truck up and down the road. New tires had been installed by Discount Tire who also does alignment but my son said he had heard good things about Louie's.. so we didn't have it aligned at discount tire. We didn't want to drive it too much as it was not in good alignment and we didn't want to destroy the new tires.. So that's the background, on the day of the alignment my son drove the truck to Louie's alignment and dropped it off.. Later when he went to go pick up the truck they told him that the tie rod ends and the ball joints were very worn and needed to be replaced. They showed him how loose the front end was.. immediately this raised a red flag as the truck was tight the day before and the day he drove it into Louie's.. My son drove the truck back home and called me on the way, he told me that the whole front end was wobbly and hard to control.. he didn't know if he was going to make it.. That evening after work he put the truck on jackstands and found that almost all the front end parts had been loosened "hand tight" was the term he used even parts that were not involved in the lifting (upper control arms)... Apparently since the truck was tight before taking to Louie's. When confronted by this over the phone by my son who is still overseas and called Louie's they told him that whoever did the work didn't know what they were doing and had a ready quote for the repairs at $2,500.00.. interesting they had worked up a quote so quickly.. So the bolts were "re tightened to factory specs" and now the truck is scheduled to be aligned my discount tire. my question is.. why would a repair shop knowingly loosen bolts and attachments? Then after doing so, cover their tracks by letting someone drive it off, the truck was unsafe after and a crash could have occurred.. I read Louie's web site and see they have been doing alignments for 40 years.. (what exactly have they been doing?) or do they have some loose cannon in the shop thinking that someone just fell off the turnip truck?

Got me in and out in record time! Also the price is very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend these guys if you need any muffler work done! The only thing I didn't know was that they don't accept credit cards. Luckily the work was inexpensive and there was an ATM at the shell gas station across the street.

First and last time I take my vehicle I got charged twice…read morefor a diagnostic. Within one week of them erasing the codes because of the engine light. After driving it for two days light came back on so I took it back and got charged again telling me it was an oxygen sensor and charging again for diagnostics. Oxygen sensor showed up before they erase the codes according to Colorado Air. Anyway I thought this would fall under the same first diagnosis but it didn't so I got charged again . Awesome people. Just thing that charging twice was disappointing.

They went above and beyond helping me to get my AC fixed and blowing cold! I would highly recommend them and will be bringing my car back if/when it needs to be worked on again.
