I am making a complaint against a worker. My husband and I are door dashers, and we needed to fill…read moreup on water, caffeine and to use the restroom. My husband brought in his reusable very large big gulp personal mug to refill of water. He showed the worker the mug and told him he was getting water. The worker nodded that he saw, as we came to the counter with his mug of ice water(with the lid off to show proof), my Dr pepper, and we were purchasing nicotine pouches. The workers name is Roger (he looked like a messy slob). Roger decided he wanted to state to my husband that he wasn't allowed to bring in his big mug only ever filled with ice water again. His reasoning was that it was to big and he would have to charge him double. My husband explained that it was just water and it went back and forth for over a minute like that. Roger kept getting upset that my husband wasn't backing down over free water. It shouldn't matter what size cup/mug you bring in for free ice water. We were purchasing other things, my husband was honest that he was getting water and he was honest showing him. Roger was totally disgusted( his face showed it all) that he wasn't getting his way over free water. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and that includes pilot/Flying J as a manager which is a huge 24hr truck stop. People would bring in their own personal mugs for water all the time. You never want to treat a customer like that. We were honest! And when we were paying the $11.04 for my soda and my husbands nicotine I put my debit card in the machine and it didn't read it and Roger reached out to grab my card without asking. Needless to say I pulled my hand back...totally rude...don't reach out to snatch it out or my hand that you just argued with us about over free water. Never ever reach for a card until you have permission to touch it. I don't know what he has on his hands, touching dirty money. I don't think he knows what a bar of soap looks like. Don't ever go into your work looking like a slob, shirt all stained hair all greasy and smelling to high heaven. Roger you work with the public and alot of dashers like us go in there to fill up, grab a snack, grab a drink and to use the restroom. Roger be kind to others as we are your paycheck. I wanted to give this loaf n Jug zero stars, however I had to at least put 1 in order to submit this review.

A few weeks ago, I went in and noticed that it was clean, and this charming, best smile ever young lady said welcome in. I just felt her energy and had to find the face to that joy. Around the corner I seen this blonde girl who was cleaning and looked up at me and smiled and said hi there, I just feel in love right away I think I actually forgot what I had went in for and bought 10 other things just to stay in conversate with her. I later found out her name was Danyel yes spelt just like that which is different but defiantly suits her for how different she was. I started going in every day just to hear that welcome in. I hadn't seen her in a few days, and the store just felt back to that old negative energy but there she was today. It's true one person, a kind person, can really change your whole perspective on one store she is the one for me and the store was clean again. Thank you Danyel for making my whole day and for your big heart. I will go in this store every day just to get my daily dose of positive. I'm not sure where you found her 7-11 but she is a keeper!!!

If they had the technical know how to make their diesel pump point of sale actually work more than…read morehalf of the time and if they actually had DEF at all of the pumps where you can get diesel since most diesel engines now require DEF and if they lay down a little more concrete to minimize the dust that you have to inhale while you are getting diesel and the dust that goes into your tank while you are getting diesel and if their employees would change the printer paper out at the pump so truck drivers who are on a time limit don't have to waste time walking into the store just for their receipt, then I could actually call this place "good".
