I…read moreexpressed concerns about my lawn not looking good (lots of big brown spots) and was told I had red thread. Paid for the suggested treatment and saw no improvement. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.

I told the person scheduling the appointment that I would not be there and the tech would meet my tenant. When the tech arrived he said he couldn't do the work because I needed to sign an additional paper. I was told I was called twice and didn't answer, however, I didn't miss any calls. On the contract, the date, my name, and my email address were all incorrect. When I was called to reschedule they said that they would be out for a termite inspection. I called them to spray for he bees! Best of all, I just got an email to review Terminix and then the survey said it couldn't be completed because someone had already filled it out.

I dropped hints for him to leave and he did not. Long story short he sold me. I signed up, and the first visit was scheduled. The good - the tech called to inform me of levels of service concerning rodent control. My plan called for basic 'sealing' of the house, which sounded ok. The tech informed me that that level does not completely seal the house. If I wanted that I would have to upgrade, and pay more, for total exclusion service. After hearing that I called the company right away and cancelled my contract. I applaud the tech, Gary Sawrun, for being open about the different levels of service. I admire his integrity.
