I dropped hints for him to leave and he did not. Long story short he sold me. I signed up, and the first visit was scheduled. The good - the tech called to inform me of levels of service concerning rodent control. My plan called for basic 'sealing' of the house, which sounded ok. The tech informed me that that level does not completely seal the house. If I wanted that I would have to upgrade, and pay more, for total exclusion service. Called back 3 hours later and was told a branch manager would call me ..... again no call from a supervisor or a branch manager. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! I called another company to make an appt. and they said they had a cancellation and came out in 20 minutes to resolve my problem!!
