I got a new job and it requires the usual drug screening and I ended up coming on a Friday night after work as a walk in around 5 and was out of there within the hour. Drink water beforehand, bring the order print out and don't forget your ID. You'll be asked to sign one form and then they'll put you in the queue. The staff was nice and it was a quick process once you were called back for the sample and verify that your information is correct. Thankfully the company received the results by Monday evening. Don't let the bad reviews deter you. If you come at peak times then expect to wait, bring a book or play games on your phone. Don't schedule something else near the time frame you choose to go either. read more

It took 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete my pre-employment drug test and physical. I was with the doctor for less than 5 minutes for my physical and the rest of the time with other medical assistants or nurses or just waiting. After I left, they called me back because they forgot one more test so I had to drive back. I wasted 4 hours of my life here. I do not recommend this place. Do not come here. The staff were courteous, however this office was poorly managed, poor communication with each other and needs a better system to work with the large volume of patients they take. They must be understaffed. Also, their medical equipment is not up to date. read more

The doctors and nurses have been great but I must say the receptionists are all so so rude. I haven't had a single pleasant experience....I've been coming here for almost two months and the receptionists make you feel like you're bothering them...I hate having to deal with them. There is one gentleman that works in the front, Rudy, who is always nice and polite. OK AT BEST. I was taken here after an on the job injury. Every thing seemed fine until the insurance claim liaison started dropping the ball on the paper work. I was suppose to be immediately scheduled for an MRI, instead it took one month because the approval request hadn't been sent by the Western Medical Group folks. I then knew that in order to keep the process moving I had to stay on top of the liaison to ensure no more slip ups. At another appointment I was disappointed to learn that a referral had not been approved yet, according to the WMG folks. Upon contacting the insurance company I learned that it had been approved the week prior. I contacted the liaison and told her about the approval. Her response, "Oh....there it is". Not sure if it's incompetence or just too much work for one person. Either way someone's dropping the ball at that place. read more

AWFUL, UNEDUCATED AND PERVERTED! NEGATIVE 19847834781 STARS. I recently was hired as a receptionist at a skilled nursing facility. I was required to get a pre-employment physical and this is the clinic they use (they were paying for it). I arrived and had to wait while four girls in scrubs sat and gossiped in Spanish. One girl was saying her male patient was so ugly and gross and was joking that one of the other nurses should help him. As one was leaving for the day, she loudly yelled that she was "so pissed" at one of the other workers. So classy. I was called back and had my weight taken. Despite the height chart built right into the scale, the CNA asked me my height because she was lazy. I had to take a urine sample and she threw my cup of urine into a regular trash can when she was done instead of the medical waste bag! She also didn't say anything, so I'm assuming my drug test was negative as it should have been. I then read an eye chart and went into an exam room where they measured my grip and had me read a book where different paragraphs were in different font sizes. Now comes the pervy part. She told me to get undressed except for my underwear and change into a paper gown. I asked what the hell kind of exam this would be and she said it was just to listen to my chest and test my reflexes. I kept my pants and bra on, but they didn't say anything. The nurse practitioner only looked into my ears, checked my throat, listened to my breathing, then pressed on my stomach to check tenderness. He had me stand up and touch my toes, squat down, and turn my wrists. I'm not sure why I should have been completely undressed for that. I currently have a swollen foot and am on medication for it. The nurse practitioner tried to argue that the treatment I'm on doesn't make sense and that I have sciatica. This came after he asked if I had pain, tingling or numbness, which I don't. Uh, you just ruled out sciatica, buddy. Then he insisted I had a clot (already ruled out because it's been swollen for 6 months and the clot would have killed me by then). They made me get a back x-ray, even though my employer didn't request it. And then they made the X-ray tech (the only friendly, knowledgeable one) come tell me that unless my physician signs the release, they'll fail me. Overall, AVOID THIS PLACE. If you need low-cost medical care, I highly recommend Doctor Patel at New Care Clinic/Pacific Harbor Medical Group in Westchester. He's amazing, knows what he's doing and doesn't try to be a perv. read more

This place shouldn't even get a star from me. I wasn't even the one who needed to come here, but I'm making a review regarding customer service and how I was treated. I walked in with a friend and I was going to wait for them, as they took care of their business here. But as I sat down in one of the chairs provided to wait, the very rude middle aged man working at the time starts grumbling about how there's tooo many people inside (there were only 3, 4 including him behind the counter). So he's says who are you to my friend and the other man who came in and then grumpily tells me to go outside. Like I would know this information... I'm no mind reader. I would've been fine if he said something politely, but it was in such a rude tone. I'm not sure how nice the people are in the day, but this guy working at night was just about as grumpy as could be. read more

Clearly over booked and understaffed. There is one lady In the front that seems like she knows what she is doing, and shows some sort of customer service. Didn't get her name but, I believe she is the only one who can conduct the visions exam. Anyway, called in to get my results and the lady on the phone said "well, you should know your results!" Couldn't believe my ears. My employer was asking me if I could contact them for my results! That's how bad their business to business relations are. WORST SERVICE EVER! I was required to take a pre-employment drug screening and was sent to this clinic. I used their after hours services, after calling and finding out they were open 24hrs a day, which was very convenient. I rang the doorbell a few times and no answer, my husband then knocked on their door and was greeted very rudely by their male medical asst. He said "Hey Bro, did you bother ringing the doorbell? " Bro?... Anyway, I walked in and filled out the necessary paperwork.. His mannerism towards me was very unprofessional; I must have disturbed him while he napped on the job. I am just glad I never have to walk in here again.. I would post his name on here but that would just make me as horrible as he was. Judging from what I've seen, quite a few people dislike this place. I can't really figure out why. Maybe I'm lucky... Last year I injured my back and every time they saw me right away and I never really wait longer than 30m in the waiting room, maybe I'm just lucky. ...but this year I broke my hand and again, they see me right away and I never wait longer than 30m. The -1 star is solely due to the fact they aren't the greatest at calling you about postponed appointments so you won't know until you waste your time and go over there. They say they call but I never get calls nor voicemails... The staff seem impatient at times but the doctors are on point and very helpful. read more

I have been dealing with this office for many years. The staff there is lacking in a lot of areas. They rarely return your calls after saying they will, they rarely answer the phone. They have switched my doctor 3 times in 3 months. Nancy is good but seems overworked at times. Sorry guys, my husband and I have decided to move on to another medical group. What's the point of 24 hours if no one is in to assist you?? Only 3 Nurses have been really nice which their names are Rudy, Margie & a gentleman who I forgot his name but works in the back office he is Hispanic, wears glasses & approximately around the age of 50 I believe?! They are the only ones who have been very nice but the others have been terrible... after complaining manyyyy manyyyy times about my injury pains to these Dr's nobody could give me a right diagnosis about the pains. 5 different answers I got & it's just awful... I had to move from this location because it's just a bad service & last time I got refused to be helped by Dr. Elite Paz or whatever his name is. I had to report him because he was being an ass.... while me over here being in severe pains... I am being Seriousssss DONTTTTT GO HERE save yourself a trip & go somewhere else. Im writing this review as i sit here on my 3rd hour of waiting just to get a TB test completed for a job. When i checked in and ask how long the wait was..the answer was just.."very very long" i have been wasting precious seconds of my life sitting here staring at other depressed job hunters waiting for their drug test. Oh hey..the guy that came here at 7am just came out..its nearly 1pm..he looked like he just hit the lottery from the relief he just felt. Uhm...word of advice...dont come here! Ladies! Don't go alone if you have to get an x-ray. I went there a few months back to get a pre-employment physical and drug test and an x-ray was included. I was naked with 2 gowns on and my back was facing the male xray tech and he continued to "Mysteriously" knock my paper gown up, trying to "help" lay in the "correct" position as he attempts to x-ray my chest. Rubbing my butt and knocking my gown up is not helping. I couldn't prove it, that was a classic case of my word against yours....BEWARE read more

Went here due an oji. The wait was not that long. It's average. A lot drug testing done here. The receptionists, depending on who you have. One or two are friendly and helpful. Others, just talk away on their own thing. I don't expect much, but for employees to do their job. The processing of things does take a long time, it took me three appointments to get a physical therapist, but what can one say, everything is a process. read more

I don't even know where or how to begin. This place was a MESS. Had one successful appointment, tried to make a second appointment - leaving messages, sometimes not even being able to leave a message - thus not even being able to get through, trying to speak to Dr. Burns in person, none which my phone calls were returned, I go in and the nurses have no idea what I was talking about. Had a little dispute with a few of the nurses then finding out my file and records were LOST. The staff had been extremely rude, and the place was extremely hectic - too many people EVERYWHERE. Besides that, I had never been called in during my actual appointment time even during a day it was not that busy. The office had a beautiful waiting area but, being inside was like being at Costco. As for Dr. Burns, during my first visit, he prescribed a new set of proper medications but, he was very rude and seemed he didn't care much but to just get through with the patient as quickly as possible. I never received any other appointment nor could see him because they seemed to have changed their number and changed location of practice or practice... I had no idea what they were talking about. A nurse gave me her number privately thus, couldn't get through to her, also! So, besides never receiving any returned phone calls, (a VERY IMPORTANT factor that will occur...) I ended up leaving this place. I became so stressed and frustrated, having a horrible experience. If you enjoy stress... keep to this place. Do yourself a favor and be aware of how first appointments go during a doctor's visit and if your experiences successful and professionally continue on... This doctor, the nurses and the location being a huge unprofessional failure and disappointment thus earning a one star review. Take my review for what it is. read more

I had to go here for a pre-employment screening. The wait was fairly long but not terrible. The nurse who did the initial tests was nice. But the doctor did my physical in about one minute, with a complete lack of anything resembling bedside manner. And I was left in the room in my paper gown for like half an hour waiting for that speed physical. And to boot, the doctor messed up my form. I'm so mad at myself for going there. read more
