Pleasant, almost all pristine white interior. Quiet, serene, no music even soothing meditational. By appointment only. Staff is also Japanese-English bilingual. They are friendly, conscientious, gracious. Dr. Suzuki is not my physician, but I go to the office often due to aging relatives for any medically related issues.

I went to this office in May 2022 for the first time. The receptionist was nice (I guess the rude one is gone now), no problem. The nurse seemed very busy but efficiently working and she explained me the procedures well. Dr. Suzuki was professional, but with warm personality. She took time to listen to me and gave me some advice. I went there for the yearly check up this time. I could see the result on the patient portal online after a couple of days. So you don't need to make another appointment to hear the result from doctor. (If you have issues in the result, they will call you.) I'm glad I chose Dr. Suzuki for my primary care doctor. Japanese is my first language, so I feel easy and relieved being seen by a Japanese doctor too.

She has treated many medical problems that I've had in the past as well as the ones that I am having currently with much success! I get great results everytime! Her and her staff has ALWAYS treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I've received nothing but, what I would consider to be, high quality care that you don't find too easily these days, unfortunately. The best care that I have ever received from any of my primary care treating physicians to date, actually better than any care from a doctor's office that I have received in my entire life , and I am 40 years old... Her front office staff is AWESOME! Never had any problems... I am really truly thankful and appreciate all their hard work and what that they do for their patients. I can't thank them enough... :-)

I get here for my appointment and the girl at the front desk says no one even put me down for an appointment today! Now I can't get seen and will be looking for a new PCP. Should have stuck with my gut of choosing a different one the first time when I saw her reviews.

After a year of coming to this medical facility, I finally meet Dr Janet Lee. Let me tell you,…read moreshe's very unpleasant to deal with. I was coming in for an underlying medical issue and instead of talking about that issue, Dr Lee kept asking me about my skin since I have acne. My acne is actually a symptom of my medical issue and I was trying the holistic route to get my symptoms under control. That day, I remember thinking "okay my skin has actually calmed down and wasn't looking too bad." Janet Lee, however, made it a point to tell me "you're a pretty girl, but your acne is not okay" and proceeded to tell me about her aesthetic med spa where she believed Morpheus 8 would change my skin. Morpheus 8 is micro-needling and if I know anything about micro/needle, I know I'm not a candidate because my acne is active. Dr Janet Lee spent the rest of my appointment trying to push this service on me and telling me to save my money to do it (she told me it's about $4k for 2 sessions). This is after I asked her to write me a prescription for a glucose monitor bc my blood sugar levels is what I'm worried about. This is the reason I came in for my appt. She gave me so much push back trying to convince me not to get a glucose monitor bc "it's not completely accurate," "the monitor is going to be in the way and you're going to feel it on the back of your arm," and so on. If you want a doctor who doesn't listen and will just push her own agenda on you, please go see Dr Lee, but if you want someone more compassionate and not as incompetent, go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

No wonder there is no wait when you visit this urgent care. This place sucks! My experience was…read moreextremely frustrating and highlighted serious issues with both patient care and communication. I took my mom here last Friday for a persistent cough, and by Monday her condition had not improved. When I tried to schedule an appointment with her primary care physician, I was told they needed records from the urgent care visit before they could properly evaluate her. I called the urgent care and was told obtaining the records would be simple--just come in and request them. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Once I arrived, I received conflicting information from multiple staff members. One person indicated the employee who handled records was on break. Another staff member attempted to make a copy of the medical record but was told they could not. Then I was informed that my mom needed to provide written authorization. As I prepared to have my mom send that authorization, another employee stated that the request had to come directly from her primary care physician. The lack of consistency and clear guidance was both confusing and unacceptable, especially when timely access to medical records is essential for continued care. Patients and their families should not have to navigate contradictory instructions simply to obtain records related to their own treatment. Which process is actually correct? Why is it so difficult to access medical records when prompt medical follow-up depends on them?
