Order ammo from this company June 11. They say it takes anywhere from 16 to 30 days on their website or on the receipt of my online order. Well it's been over 38 days. I've called multiple times I've emailed and no response is no way to run a company. Wish I had read all of these negative reviews first. My mistake. My story is the same as ALL of the above. I ordered 500 rounds of .308 and 250 rounds of .45 on 3/25/24. I got my .45 in a few weeks. Not the week they said, but I got it. It's just average plinking ammo. The .308 they said would be about a month. Liars. I started calling. Left numerous messages. I sent many emails. No response to either. None. Nada. Zip. 6 months later, still no ammo. I called yet again. How many calls? Dozens. Always left a message. Never any answer or reply. Finally last month ( 7 months late!!) a guy answered the phone!! I was shocked. We talked. He found my order. Said it must have gotten lost, it should have gone out months ago. Ok, we're making progress. He said it would ship next day, and he'd throw in a couple of ammo cans to make up for their mistake. His words, not mine. Guess what? 3 weeks later, still no ammo. No shipping label. No response to phone calls or emails. So, 45 minutes of time on the phone with Visa. Charges are disputed. they are refunding my money while they investigate. After I bought on 2/1/24 shipping delays of 5-14 business days 3/12/24 - follow up email Also, the tracking number I have is just a label to be created nothing has been shipped yet. That's because I didn't realize I was signing a minimum of 21-42 business days nine week wait time, so just be patient and kind because "We are experiencing an unprecedented amount of orders due to being one of the few online distributors consistently with inventory. " They have so much inventory, counting it out for orders is very tasking and they need nine weeks some times cause the numbers go over two sets of toes and fingers and that causes confusion. So just be patient, if you ask kindly they will have a tracking label created for you with nothing to back it. There is 12's more ammo companies that have ammo on hand. They gave a UPS tracking number and the weight showed .6 lbs which would not be correct weight for any of the ammo ordered. The only person who actually answered an email was "Greg" and he said he was correcting the shipment. UPS picked up the package 6days after supposed first pickup. traveled for 14 days and was supposedly dropped off at my shop. Security footage only shows UPS delivering 2 Amazon packages and none from this business. Update: The package containing the incorrect weight was dropped off at a neighbors house (1/2 mile away) who brought it to me this morning. Only a partial amount of the order I placed. Packed well and they even put the loose ammo in a sturdy plastic ammo box. Still missing other items and have sent emails to company to see if I get a response. read more

I placed in an order for ammo in July of 2023 thinking I got a pretty decent deal. I did notice that the site had said 16-28 day shipping delay and wasn't concerned. It is now the first week in December (IT HAS NOW BEEN 150 DAYS) (NO NOT KIDDING). I have emailed numerous times asking for an update but haven't got any answer from them at all. Randomly last week I got a shipment update saying it "entered the queue" and got a tracking number that only says a label was created. It seems I'm in the same boat as a lot of other ammo buyers who "trusted" WMTTC to be a reputable company to deal with and send your hard-earned money to. I ordered 500 rounds of .308 back on 11/28/23 and WMTTC took my full payment and emailed me back a message with my order #. I also saw their notice of "heavy demand" and up to a 28-day delivery time. No problem, I thought. I gave them what I thought was a reasonable time it SHOULD have shipped, so after the first of the year I tried emailing them to ask what the status was. I gave it another week and emailed them again....crickets. So then I called during business hours a couple weeks ago and only got a voice message recording, so I left a voice message. Nothing. So then I left another voice message a few days ago ...still nothing. I left a "chat" message on their homepage earlier today...still nothing!
