They were going to charge me $3305 for repairs, most of which I absolutely did not need. I went back in with photos and invited anybody who wanted to see for themselves to come to my shop where the truck was still on the lift. They all declined my invitation. Dave Heckeroth, the shop manager couldn't refund my $165 quick enough. He got me out of there as fast as he could and wouldn't even discuss it with me. No apology, no explanation, just walked me to the front desk, instructed the young lady to refund my money and quickly scurried back to the shop. How many people have they ripped off? I wish everybody had their own shop with a lift. Most folks are totally at their dealership's mercy. It's criminal and pathetic! I should call the police.

I have used it for moving items around town and I always get questions about the trailer. When this trailer sits next to another 5000 trailer you see the difference. I don't know how you complain that when I scratch my trailer it goes down to metal. Really when I scratch my truck that happens too. But the good thing about a trailer is you can buy the spray paint at Home Depot and remove your scratches. For what is worth I was looking for another trailer and stumbled onto Yelp and feel it is unfair the ratings Mike received. I would buy another trailer from Mike with no question.
