I was in trouble with my septic tank. I had one company out. They looked in the tank and told me they couldn't help. I called another company that used to do this type of work. I was told that they no longer was involved with pumping tanks and referred me to Western Slope. I called and spoke with Matthew very late in the day. He said he could be out early the next morning. He kept his word and was out early and got right to work. I now have their phone number in my directory. If I need someone for this type of problem I will call them first. Matt is flat out INCREDIBLE! We were in a bad spot because our septic system backed up into the downstairs tub and toilet due to poor maintenance on our part. He came over and helped me locate the tank that evening using a probing rod and even helped me dig to try and find it. We found it, I dug up the two square lids that evening and he came out the very next morning to pump it. Well guess what, those lids were fake or abandoned because we pulled them out and there was nothing but solid concrete underneath. We saw something that looked like part of a round lid extending out from the hole that I dug. AGAIN he helped me dig in rock hard clay soil and we uncovered the true lid on the solid side. He got it pumped and back up and running that morning. He even came back a third time once I exposed the other round lid. This guy is AMAZING! Please support this company. His customer service is unmatched. He could have easily financially taken advantage of us because we were in an emergency situation. This was not the case. His prices were right on par with every one else, if not better. Matt is your guy. Don't even bother calling anyone else. You won't be disappointed. We observed moisture around our septic tank area and realized we had a real problem. I called WSSP based on recommendation. Mathew and Morgan were able to respond quickly and were exactly on time as promised. Both were super nice to work with and very professional. Where do I begin? First off, they answered their phone. Thats a big plus. Second, they scheduled a next day arrival time. Nothing like being on top of it. Third, when they were delayed, due to unforeseen issue with a customer before me, they called to let me know where and why they were delayed. What incredible service! We called Western Slope with a bit of an emergency (we had hit a leach line while digging our pool). They adjusted their schedules to fit us in late on a Friday afternoon and sent updates regarding their arrival time. They helped us solve the mystery of where our tanks and lids were located and then got to work. Their prices were very competitive and fair and they didn't take advantage of our urgency. Today was one of those days from heck. I had my plumbing company come out to replace a pipe leading to my septic tank from the house. They were wonderful as always, and did an amazing job. (Bell Bros). While they were here, they noticed that my tank was completely full, which was a little bit of the reason that, even when they replace the sagging pipe, I would still have septic back up. They recommended that I get the tank pumped immediately. I looked through yelp ads, trying to figure out who to call as I don't have a lot of experience with septic. I've only lived here three years. I found western slope, septic pumping, and saw the great yelp reviews. I called them and their voicemail said if it was an emergency to call Matthew and gave me the number. I called Matthew and he called me back within 10 minutes. Unheard of! I was impressed right away. Matthew came out within two hours and got everything done as well as gave me some info about how to maintain my septic. Turns out there was a clog internally he not only took care of that, but also did the pumping. I assumed the job was going to cost around 800 as he thought, he might have to dig to find the cap. At the end of everything the bill came out to only $600 and that was for an emergency visit. Matthew was knowledgeable, responsive, super pleasant and helpful.
