We had Alex come to our Roads End House on July 3 to install a motion detector flood light, inside dimmer switch, and to troubleshoot our bathroom fan that was not working. We thought that the combination bathroom fan and light would have to be replaced but Alex used his problem solving skills to repair the fan and now it works as good as new. This company will gouge you for everything! They will charge you for 2 electricians to stop at the store for half an hour each. They will gouge you for the parts, and will lie about the work they did. They said they removed siding, but all worked performed was on interior walls. When I asked to discuss with the owner/president, silence. Almost $900 for 3 outlets installed within 10 feet of the panel. And now instead of calling and discussing, they are sending me to collections. BEWARE!! read more

I needed an electrician for a couple of small jobs. Called a couple of places, one of which said they were about 3 wks out. Called this place and was told the guy who knows their schedule has to call me back the next day-standard answer, it seems. Much to my surprise, he actually did! In the morning, even! Before I had a chance to say "they're not going to call"! And much to my delight, they were able to come out that day! They did a wonderful job and even cleaned up nicely after themselves!
