He was clear, he could explain everything very intelligently and quickly. He's a fast thinker and a very smart person. It's great talking to him. He's knowledgeable and he looked at some other things which we might do in the future and also explained how to alleviate the problem. I found that by taking both the nozzles off of both of the hoses where they were leaks, It solved the problem because it stopped the water from coming out of the pipe bib.
