The crew did an amazing job on both visits. Their pruning work was incredibly precise, and everything looks beautiful. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward, leaving the yard in great condition. There was a minor misunderstanding between myself and the project manager initially, but Eastside Tree Works handled it exceptionally well. They followed up with me, took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted, and promptly sent the crew back to complete the additional work. The crew truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately it was pouring rain, but they still managed to get it all done with one effecient visit. His team paid close attention to where the trees would fall and were a very polite group of guys. After the job was done they made sure that they cleaned up any left over branches lying in the yard as well as blowing the yard and fixing any rust that the chipper left in our yard.
