The crew did an amazing job on both visits. Their pruning work was incredibly precise, and everything looks beautiful. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward, leaving the yard in great condition. There was a minor misunderstanding between myself and the project manager initially, but Eastside Tree Works handled it exceptionally well. They followed up with me, took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted, and promptly sent the crew back to complete the additional work. The crew truly went above and beyond. His team paid close attention to where the trees would fall and were a very polite group of guys.
