    Beautiful flowers and arrangement for Mother's Day roses. Wife absolutely loved it. Delivered on time in great condition.

    I've called on Westerville Florist for the past 2 or 3 years to create & deliver a Thanksgiving arrangement to someone I appreciate greatly. In each instance, I've found them to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating (even agreeing to call the recipient to schedule the delivery date, since I was unsure of the recipient's holiday plans/availability.) Oh, and the floral arrangements were lovely. Lol. I would recommend them without equivocation.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet for my mom for her birthday and what she got was TRASH. When I talked to the shop about it, they were very rude and terrible to work with. They are now not responding to me and they are doing nothing to make it right. Next stop is to file a complaint with the BBB.

    I will start by saying- that I have NEVER in my life been so embarrassed or ashamed of a floral arrangement sent to a grieving colleague. I ordered a 'beautiful' arrangement of sunflowers to be sent to the receiving/viewing of a colleagues father. They were supposed to be warm, inviting and hopefully add some happiness to an otherwise sad event. When I arrived last night at the viewing, I was curious to see how beautiful the flowers were. What I saw, was so shameful, I wanted to remove the card so that our colleague didn't know they had been sent from us. After calling the florist this morning and making her aware of how disappointed I was in the floral arrangement that they provided, not only was she RUDE to me on the phone (much like when I was ordering the flowers) but she changed her story up at first saying that she had personally made the arrangement, and then she blamed the new girl for the terribly ugly and screwed up arrangement. She said she would make note of it and adjust the bill accordingly (which I NEVER even received a copy of), to which I told her to send the nicest, biggest, and most expensive arrangement over to my colleagues house at no charge to us. We will see if this even happens. I also called FTD (the bouquet that I ordered was one of theirs) and asked FTD to remove this vendor from their company. This vendor is giving FTD a bad name, and having ordered through them directly before, I don't want to hinder their business at all. The woman at FTD assured me that they would be looking into this matter. Save your money and your embarrassment and use a different florist. I wish I would have checked their reviews before calling them. I would never be in the position I am now, fuming and furious, if I had thought ahead. (Shame on me!)

    I would not recommend ordering flowers from Westerville Florist's website. I spent around $45 total on a flower arrangement and what I received looks drastically different than the photo on their website. When I called to say that the arrangement didn't look like the one I purchased, I was told that this particular arrangement's photo was "deceptive." That seems to speak for itself. I'd recommend using another florist who accurately represents their flowers. Not worth the $45.

    Stunning roses that are each 5"+wide! They were delivered for my anniversary and 1 week later now, they look just as beautiful and fresh as the day I got them! Absolutely love this florist and highly recommend!

    Both of my experiences with this florist have been outstanding!! Just prior to Christmas, I received a beautiful arrangement from a friend through Westerville Florist. It was GORGEOUS!! (I'll attach a picture - but the picture doesn't do it justice!) There were 9 huge roses, a ton of greens and tons of carnations -- many of which weren't opened up yet when the pic was taken. The arrangement lasted FOREVER since it was so nice and fresh when it arrived. The BEST part of that experience with them was the fact that they called afterwards to make sure I received the arrangement (I wasn't home when it was delivered) and that I was pleased with it!!! WOW! When's the last time a business cared THAT much??!! Soon after that remarkable experience with them, I found myself on the other "end" -- needing to send flowers -- so I immediately thought of Westerville Florist!! I placed an order online, via their website, late at night this past Thursday. Very first thing Friday morning, my phone rang -- there had been an issue with my CC number coming across as "encrypted" with the order. They were very kind about it and took the needed info over the phone. However, by mid-morning I learned my friend was suddenly being discharged from the hospital (where the flowers were to be delivered)! SO -- I called the florist and explained the situation. Again, they were very kind and understanding -- immediately offering to deliver them to her home instead. BUT, now we had another issue -- my friend lives way south of Columbus -- part way to Cincinnati -- outside of Westerville Florist's delivery area. The florist initially offered to cancel the order all together, but since I still wanted my friend to receive flowers, they offered to "wire them" instead, contacting a florist nearer to where she lived. They were extremely gracious throughout the ENTIRE transaction!! I apologized for all the trouble -- they never complained ONCE that they were still "stuck" with the flowers they had prepared for delivery to Riverside!! Initially I spoke with someone named Mike on the phone -- then a different gentleman when I called to change the delivery -- but unsure of what his name was. Both were excellent!! They were gracious, kind, patient and nothing but cordial on the phone -- even with all the problems I caused them. I would HIGHLY recommend this florist!!!!

    Beautiful flowers, incredibly healthy and vibrant. The owner is epic. Will be returning soon. I have no clue what these other people are talking about. My experience with this shop was very pleasant. I have gone to Flowerama and received the wrong flowers. Do yourself, and that special person in your life a favor and give this shop a chance. You will not regret it! I will always shop here in the future. Thanks again!!
