We optimized using my brother in law's player rewards to get a comped room, but I would most likely not come back if I had to pay out of pocket. Rooms & hallways are in need of an updated renovation. It's evident that the hotel has not seen any repairs since the early 90's because everything past the lobby has broken down. Throughout our stay, the smell of smoke lingered all over my hair & clothes. The hallways are too dark and receive little to no light so you're forced to walk the halls in dim lighting. The rooms had low level outlet plugs, and tiles falling off. Water in the tub would consistently be dripping despite turning off the water, it ended up making it harder to sleep. The only benefit I can see staying here is they have a great sportsbook with good payouts + the monorail station is conveniently located outside the hotel.

Gambling yes .....FOOD NO!!! I'll keep this simple. It's a sports book with lots of degenerate gamblers getting after it. Major games will be on TV but o oh one is featured. Call and book seating ahead of time if you have more than one in your party. They have a wall of TV's and it's pretty easy to lay down a bet. Food is a walk up menu with bar food. Drinks are not cheap. You get a free drink with every $50 of betting. However my Vidka/Soda was $16 with Absolute. If you want to live and die a bet this is your joint.

Westgate SuperBook is a long time favorite sports book for many. I had an amazing time here. I came here several days in a row to watch sports and consider sports bets. I parked in the free lot, played the piano and witnessed the world as my fellow Americans and international tourists smiled at me and each other while we rooted for our favorite teams. Visitors are encouraged to play the house piano in the lounge just after you enter. Take an Instagram picture at the sunflower covered wall. Admire legendary sports icons like Muhammad Ali in tribute galleries as you stroll past the gift shops on the way here. The Westgate Super Book attracts an awesome collection of everyone. Like Las Vegas. The city of Las Vegas is made up of a hard-working huge-hearted diverse community of people who put on the big show-stopping glamorous production of Vegas every day. On top of that beautiful baseline, regular folks and travelers from all over the US and the world come to Vegas to be shown a great time. So, if you're looking for a good view of the world, come here. If you want to know how many people agree with your philosophy, put it on a sweatshirt and come here. That's what I did. "Everybody vs Racism" How many people agreed with that philosophy here? EVERYONE. ****Applause*** Sports did a great job of bringing people together during trying times and the pandemic too. I'm watching the year's sports highlights with other sports fans. Knees taken. Innings sat out. Masks with meaningful messages. Helmets covered with important, inspiring words and tributes. The next part is kind of special, personal and almost magical. I was admiring sports highlights on my birthday, reflecting about everything we've been through as a community, country, planet. I remembered the hard times when some of us were made to feel like the American flag didn't belong to us. I remembered how sad I was when some of us were discouraged, especially people of color. I know what it's like to be discouraged too. So here I am on my birthday, the trunk of my car is filled with Christmas lights to make a patriotic peace sign, I'm loving my time in Las Vegas and all the smiles and compliments my smile and sweatshirt has just collected when I hear the good news about an American athlete coming home. Best birthday present ever. I looked around to see who else was crying happy tears like me. We smiled at each other. Afterwards I watched sports for a while. The people who work here, the people who come here and the people putting sports headlines on the big screens here are absolutely stunning.:) Cheers fellow sports fans!

I boycotted the Westgate SportsBook for years. We were so rudely treated during the days of the transition from cigars allowed to cigars in certain areas to no cigars that I a 15 person group that I ran with said - by unanimous consent - no mas. With rare exception, the current staff are all smiles and very cool and very helpful. When it comes to sports betting, no one comes close to Westgate's Super Book and Super Book App. For example the Super Bowl betting sheet is over 20 jam packed pages, with little fluff. Literally hundreds of prop bets, parlayable and non parlayable, teaseable and non teaseable. Regular days also have lots of options. The book is by far the biggest in Las Vegas - sorry Cirque your not close. It's also comfortable, function oriented, and cool. I'm not impressed by the multiple nearby food options. Even so solid 5

Big sports book has lots of TVs and you can bet on almost everything. It has a pretty bad smell. Westgate is a pretty big old hotel with a stinky casino, but there's no smoking in this section though. Even so it still reeks like it. The odor drifts over so the rules don't do much. It is said to be the world's largest sports book. Maybe it is or maybe it's not, but it sure is humongous. The place has lots of chairs and hundreds of TVs. It seems kind of dirty. The carpet is nasty. Smoking isn't allowed. You can still smell it coming from the casino so it can't be completely gotten away from so you're still going to smell it so just accept it. Has some junk food. It's hot dogs and such items. There's a buffet and deli too.

Rooms were mediocre. Needs a little updating. Beds were so comfortable! Ice machine did not work on ANY floor! In the summer? Do NOT go to one of their Time Share seminars. It's not worth the 6 hours of your day! They pressure you until I was practically in tears then they say, "Well you don't get the discount for the room because you only came here for the discount and not interested in purchasing a time share" They want your bank account info before the seminar. Wow. Other than that long, horrible afternoon, it was great. Live band was awesome! Won $75 on slots. Still have a $$ voucher here forgot to cash in. Really good time at the casino. It's spacious and not too crowded. Pool area - BEAUTIFUL! We got a room at TI and went to Westgate casino!

Large space, huge HD monitors, comfy chairs and lots of places to eat, drink and view the games. A huge drawback is the piss water they serve at all of the food counters. Budweiser and Bud Light just won't cut it. Ever. During NFL Sunday, the place is packed and they have a few extra food counters for all of your artery clogging junk food needs.

Love this place!!! You can literally hang out for 10 hours here with your buddies and be degenerates !! I actually met Kelly Stewart here!! For you gamblers you know who that is. Love the layout. Love the bets you can place. Awesome food spots in the back from pizza to tacos to Philly cheesesteaks and the footlong hot dogs! Tip... grab a table in the back where the food is and chill out all day instead of trying to get a seat up front at the sportsbook

It is perfectly balanced, incredibly smooth, and easily the best rendition of the drink I've ever had. Honestly, the way Chris crafts that specific cocktail is the main reason I keep coming back to Resorts World every time I'm in Vegas. These are the old school curtains with manual movement. No auto opening curtains. Anyway, pool was nice, but they took out the kids splash spilling things we saw on YouTube videos in the back pool. Now there are no kid features. At night the casino vibe was okay. They seemed generous with the drinks and had decent service. Shower pressure compared to other hotels was average. It wasn't bad, but not strong like many we have stayed at. Possible black mold on shower caulk. Biggest issue was the firm bed. My lower back hurt when I woke up. This didn't happen at the hotel we had left the night before. For those reasons, especially the bed, we might try Crockfords next time, but will never stay at Hilton again. Too many places to stay at in Vegas. Room was the smallest we ever had in Vegas too. Enjoy!

Lots of great photo ops around this Italian-inspired property. Water elements are prominent. Take note of Fiori di Como. Its a beautiful art piece in the main lobby. I love the vibrancy and colors of the glass flowers. It sets the tone of the of hotel: Elegance, grandness, and beauty. Fun fact, the artist is from WA state :) As you walk further into the hotel you'll get to see the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. It's free admission. The floral theme is detailed, creative, and enchanting. I didnt hear anything about the resort hosting/participating in any kind of any BTS fountain show this year so I guess Borahaegas 2022 at the Bellagio was just one of those "you had to be there" moments. However, the resort is a still nice place to walk around and escape from the heat plus they have clean bathrooms. They also have a free tram that connects to other hotels on the strip if you find yourself tired from walking. Stay hydrated and be safe out there in these extreme temperatures!

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

Then I was given a hard time because the reservation was originally under my wife's name. Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. In the end, they also charged me for late checkout after specifically telling me they would not charge me. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit Vegas about four times a year. When I arrived, by rideshare, I was dropped off at the front entrance. It was super busy and there were a whole lot of cars. I walked into the lobby with my luggage and went to the registration counter. The person who checked me in was awesome. After receiving my room keys, I made myself up to my room. I had to walk through the casino, and there were a lot of people inside. It seemed like a very lively place to be. I got to my elevator area and it was great because they have guards verifying that only hotel guests are entering the room towers. They have a scanning machine where you scan your room key to verify that you are a valid guest. This made me feel very secure and happy about where the conference chose to host us. I had stayed at the Palazzo before and I was super impressed with that property in this resort. Let me tell you the Venetian was five or six star to me. This place is super luxurious and well appointed all throughout. My room was absolutely fabulous, very clean, smelled awesome, and I didn't itch at all during the whole week of staying in this room and sleeping in this bed. The marble floors of the bathroom were phenomenal. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner, plus body wash was amazing and smelled wonderful. I will happily stay here again and I signed up for their Venetian rewards before I came. Unfortunately, my $1700 stay did not make it onto my Venetian rewards account for some reason, I even paid 2 months in advance. I went to the Front Desk of Venetian rewards when I checked out and they were not able to help me to apply the $1700 stay to my Venetian rewards. This was super disappointing and so I should have taken a star off for that, but the stay experience was awesome. The pool complex is amazing as well as the conference center. Everything at this resort is fantastic and I highly recommend going to the: Grand Canal shops to peruse, enjoying the gondola rides, the wonderful shops, being able to go to the Wynn property, and the Palazzo property, from this location, was all awesome. Venetian is my new LAS VEGAS GO-TO Resort!

The tables were packed since it's a small area and it's cheaper than on the strip. They expanded a few areas and it's clean. There's a pizza place that's very affordable as low as $3.75-$5 per slice. They have a roof top bar (third floor). It was a Thursday night and apparently it's their busiest night and you need reservations. The place was packed with every seat filled, we didn't get to stay but we were allowed to do a walk through. Totally my vibe with a deejay playing hip and R&B with people chilling and vibing.

This review is for their Casino only…read more My husband and I are Vegas locals and were longtime patrons of Ellis Island, for about 7 years, until yesterday. We encountered a supervisor that was very rude and condescending. We requested help over a game, and it was his attitude, not his answer, that has deterred us from ever playing at or recommending Ellis to anyone. We were playing their new table game, Heads Up Hold Em (a variation of Ultimate Texas Hold Em). This is a game in which you play poker against the dealer only. Something important about this variation is that their Blind Payout has a Bad Beat Pay out, included. I have only ever seen this payout as a separate side bet in other casinos. This was the second time ever in 9 months that I had played this variation. Long story short, during a hand, the community board was K K 3 K K. I folded my hand of "2, 4". In a normal game of Ultimate Holdem, you would never play "2, 4". The dealer ended up having a 7, so while I would have lost, in this variation of poker I would have won money back for their "Bad Beat" Blind payout. We requested for a Supervisor to come and help us get my hand and bet back. This is a normal thing I have witnessed requested, and done myself in many casinos (Caesars, MGM, Stations, Tropical, all downtown). In every situation, the Supervisor aka pit boss, was always accommodating in allowing the patron back their hand and bets. The first supervisor did not understand that I folded a hand in which I would have won the "Bad Beat" Blind payout. It would have paid $250. She was accommodating nonetheless, and offered to give me a push. We then requested for another supervisor to come. Brian came, heard us, took awhile to understand, then told us "No". He was very rude and very unprofessional. Not because he told us no, but his demeanor in saying no was unprofessional. His attitude from the start was a very condescending "sucks to be you" attitude. Had he simply responded with an apology, stating that this Casino had rules that do not allow for patrons to get their hand back after a mistake, we would have accepted that. We were not drinking. We were not rude. We were not belligerent. We were patrons of 7 years that previously loved this place.
