My 3 year old washer just bit the dust, and delivery time for my new set is a week away. I saw the reviews for this laundromat, and decided to go here. My first impression was that it was very clean. I have a lot of baby clothes and delicates. I chose two washers across from each other, selected delicate cold, extra wash, extra rinse, threw in my pods, closed the door, added my additives, and put in my coins. I waited for my clothes to get done washing, and then I threw each load in a separate large dryer. I selected delicate, the lowest heat setting, and put in a few coins. I knew that I wouldn't be able to finish drying the clothes since it was on the very lowest setting, but I still have a dryer here at home. Surprisingly, my clothes were barely damp. I got two big plastic bags from Jennifer ($.50 apiece), the extremely awesome lady who works there and placed my clothes in them to take them home to finish drying. This is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. There was a man going around emptying all the filters and cleaning the washing machine filters as well. Jennifer walked around cleaning, sweeping, and helping people all the while. There were big screen TVs, and I also noticed a vending machine. I was very impressed at the state of the clothing. Everything came out really nicely, which is a testament to them having quality washers and dryers. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. I also saw that they offer laundry services, such as washing and folding. I know that if I ever need to wash and dry my clothes quickly and affordably, I will be back! Best public Washateria I have ever visited! At first I phoned them to ask if they had the larger washers without the agitator as I had a floor cushion I needed to launder. I spoke with Corina and she was cheerful and very helpful. When I arrived, I was able to get a large washer immediately and that's when I noticed all of the equipment seemed new! The facility inside was very clean and even the customers seemed to be in a good mood. I did need change and a lady in the back offered to get it for me. She took my $10 bill to the coin changer herself and gave me the change. She could have just pointed to the machine and tell me to use it myself but this lady was more than happy to help. (Sorry I didn't get her name.) So, all in all, I'll definitely be back the next occasion I need a large washer and dryer! read more

Never have an issue coming here. I've used machines and done drop off. Staff is nice and considerate. Especially since I have allergic to certain soaps. They noted it and always have our stuff done in a timely fashion when we drop off our clothes. When we do it ourselves, there are always machines available. We even kill time next door at the cute little restaurant. read more

First time I come here and the place is extremely clean and organized. Nice music, and a vending machine with variety of foods. They have a dispensing machine of soaps, bleachers and softeners, and another one to exchange bills for coins. They even give you a plastic bag to put your coins in. And the lady who worked there at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Plenty of space to park... I am very comfortable here and this will be my go-to spot to wash my things whenever I need it. Very clean ample space but a little pricey almost five bucks a wash. However it closes at ten and I got there at about 8:30pm the signs posted proclaim last wash at 9:00pm. So at 10:00pm my items where still drying with ten minutes left and the attendant basically told me I had to get out because they were closed and she needed to leave. I told her my clothes needed ten minutes that I already paid for and she gave me a major death stare until I grabbed my belongings and left while they where still damp. I opted for the wash and fold option, laundry completely got on top of us and my washing machine is horrible, so I paid for them to help me out. MAN, I wish I could afford to do it every week. It was SO amazing, these ladies did an awesome job. I felt HORRIBLE that I had to unfold a lot of these clothes to hang them back up. I dropped off 32 lbs worth of clothes and towels, at 7AM and had it done by 1PM the same day. Worth every penny. Ive been coming here since the middle of june '18 when i moved here. Very clean facility! The staff is nice. The Owners are on the property quite often. The Price to wash and dry is reasonable. Plenty of tables and wheeled baskets to fold laundry at. Change and soap machines available along with vending machines. They have wash and fold services as well. TVs play music and show local channels. They are usually pretty busy on the weekends but ive never had issues with it. read more

Came in with intention of using coin op washing machines but decided to try their services. Have been back several times since. Drop off in the morning, pick up in the afternoon. Clothes are clean, folded and probably doesn't cost much more than if I wasted a couple hours washing them myself. English isn't their strong suit but I'd recommend them. read more

We have been coming since April of this year to wash. We have never had an issue. Its clean and the ladies have always been sweet to my kids an I. Nicest place I've ever washed clothes at. Tonight I walk in at 8:49. We were running late but the ladies had said as long as were in before 9. I normally dont come late. With school an all starting this week I've been behind. Tonight the new lady told us we could not wash. We had to come back at 7 am. She didnt speak english but had another customer translate. I said the sign an the ladies said we had until 9. She said no. All the dryers were in use. We would have had to still wash wich would have put us around 9:15 getting that done. The others would have been ready to leave an we could dryer an still been out before close. We are a family of 7. We spend close to 50 bucks a week to wash at this location. We pay more because of how nice it is. I told the lady we would not return in the morning that it was wrong an we would call to speak with the owner. Her response was that's fine. We left went to another they let us in an was just as clean paid less an they could speak English an was friendly. Guess this place does enough business that they dont need mine. I have never been to a washateria (or laundromat, depending on where you're from) that has been so clean! It was absolutely immaculate! The folding tables were stainless steel with stools if you wanted to sit while folding. There were flatscreen TV's and a children's table with four chairs. The attendant was incredibly awesome... my knees were bothering me and I was walking with a cane; I had a rolling basket that I used to bring my comforters into the washeteria, she unloaded the baskets into the washers, added my detergent and fabric softener to the washers and then when the wash cycle was done she put them in the dryers for me. I folded two of the comforters and she helped me fold the last one. She was going to take my comforters to the car for me. I told her she had been much too kind already and I knew she was trying to close. Best experience ever! This was my first time at this washteria. I went there upon the recommendation of a friend and I was certainly not disappointed. I will recommend this IClean Washateria to everyone! read more
