I have been coming here to do my laundry for months once a week. Today i forgot to grab a plastic bag for my blanket I cannot put in the dryer. They would not give me one! Bad customer service I went there to wash my clothes. It was near while visit in town. I put my clothes and loaded money. The was he did not start. The associate called her boss and she told me that her boss said that machine usually doesn't stick like that and did not offer me a refund. I told her there's cameras to have her boss look at the video. By then, I was a little frustrated that having to come to a Washateria and deal with someone accusing me of not putting 2.50 in a machine. I loaded my clothesback up, then, the associate tried to take the quarters out and gave them back to me. I told her this is a bad business. The owner should learn how to have customer service and view his cameras. If he doesn't believe customers, I will NOT be returning to this place. Happy to find a good old fashion Washateria near by to launder heavy items like comforters and bedding. DIt's clean and the attendant is very helpful. You can stay and wash or drop your clothes off and they'll wash them for you. Prices are reasonable and all the machines work great! They also have vending machines for snacks and a nice little seating area with tables. read more

I like this place. It is a bit older and the area looks a bit questionable if you're not from here, but I was happy with the place. It was like a hidden treasure for me. :) I'd probably start coming here whenever i'm in town. Pros... - washers and dryers are reasonably priced - it's not like your quarters go into a black hole - the dryers are great! - friendly staff - nice and airy for a hot day in a laundromat - homey feel - not too cramped Cons...(didn't bother me, but considerable for those that have a ton of laundry to do) - there's only a couple of the bigger side load washers - a little bit dated Hope this helps! First time here today. The lady working at the laundry mat named Rose was awesome. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Wearing a mask. She was maintaining, and cleaning the washers the entire time we were there. Most laundry mats I just see the workers sitting behind the counter, and the employees normal aren't helpful, or friendly either. I'll be back to this place. read more

My son and I had a ton of laundry to do. Spring cleaning--washing and packing our Winter linens and also washing a ton of clothes prior to donating them. We drove up and from the outside, the laundromat appears really small. The parking lot looked full. I was starting to research another facility to use instead. Nothing was near by that had as good of reviews. I talked myself into just going in and checking it out. To my shock, yes it is smallish, but the huge-load machines we were seeking to use were all empty. They have a ton of dryers too. We were able to get NINE machines loaded and going in no time. Everyone there (using the machines) were super friendly and courteous with one another. Two women offered me their dryers because hey still had time on them. Another woman came up to me and asked me if I had dropped a dollar in an area she had seen me in/around. Give me a break! Also, instead of the sweaty experience I've had in my local neighborhood laundromat, one of the staff was going around and TESTING THE TEMP OF THE A/C at each register--making sure they were all blowing at 74 degrees. This place looks old from the outside but the machines work well, are efficient and well-maintained. I will come here before the hell-hole I am used to in my area. Oh! Added bonus, they have a surplus of carts for use. U won't get that in my neighborhood!! read more

I passed by here but looked a bit dicey from the outside. Couldn't even see inside clearly. Not too many cars either. It could be fine but I decided to go down the street to the other washateria which was packed, but had plenty of available machines. read more

I placed a $20 bill in the quarter machine and machine only gave $18.25 back. Mentioned it to the employee and she stated she couldn't do nothing about it. The place is nice, outside needs a little bit of TLC , in all honesty I'm glad the management takes care of the inside and the machines are in good working order. The neighborhood isn't as bad as the other reviews say. I give them 4 stars because the parking lot needs to be taken care of , there are holes on the pavement, the actual washteria sign looks in shambles the outside should portray how the inside looks"Presentation! Presentation!" Is key other than that it's not a bad place will definitely come back and wash here. Cheers!!! read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars because it is WAY cleaner than the other places around town, however, it is EXTREMELY ghetto! One of the workers got into an argument with one of the drifters that kept lurking around. Kudos to get him the heck out of there, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. It made everyone feel uncomfortable and like it could possibly be an unsafe place. It wasn't crowded or anything, BIG PLUS! My experience was just a little uninviting. read more

Look, I came here bc my usual Kingwood Laundromat was closed on Wednesday.. The one day I had off. But this one is the ugliest laundrymat I have ever seen. The carpet is molded & torn, the washers are super old. Torn and molded furniture for customers to sit on. They don't even have coin machines. It looks horrible! On the flip side, the washers are cheap.. Only $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. If I did not need clothes for work I would've waited to wash at the Kingwood Laundromat another day. read more
