He took off the suit and handed it to me and the next day I brought it to tik Tok cleaners. I dropped it off and when I returned a week later to pick it up, the man there handed me the pants in a wad and the pants were torn in the crotch. Not just torn but ripped. There were torn pieces that were so large. I was flabbergasted. I asked if his machinery had done this. He said no it came to him that way. I said I'd never bring in torn, unwearable pants to have dry cleaned. He argued with me. We stood there arguing about what happened and he wouldn't budge - it was my fault. So I paid for the jacket and the shirt and he told me he wouldn't charge me for the pants. I said of course not, he hadn't even cleaned them. I am wondering if they got caught in something and ripped. This was a custom made suit that was 2 years old. I don't understand but I can't believe the poor customer service I received there.
