I called them 3x and every time was told either nobody was available that knew how to renew storage unit insurance, to call back later (I had to pay international calling) cause someone *might* be in who knew how to do it, and then told they couldn't call me back cause they didn't have international calling so I had to call a 4x. I tried emailing 2x too and wasn't helped. It took 7 points of contact with them to renew my insurance and 4 individuals. I was finally able to get a hold of the manager, Jennifer, who resolved my issue in 2 minutes but it was a concerted effort to address a very simple problem. Do not recommend using this branch unless you're ready for a headache.
