While I have had amazing dental care from Dr Foster…read more(THANK YOU to her!), today I had the worst medical trauma of my life when Dr. Jung extracted my tooth while I was in obvious pain and extreme discomfort. My body was shaking uncontrollably and I was crying and asking for tissues Throughout the 40 min procedure. He put a 2nd shot of Novocain in when he was 1/2 done but continued working immediately, not giving it any time to set in... and I continued crying and shaking and yelling out in pain throughout the entire procedure. I couldn't even speak afterwards because I was weeping and deeply troubled by the violation that had just occurred. I know now I was having an anxiety attack. I just sat in the chair crying until I could get myself out of there as quickly as possible. I had even told Dr Jung and another member of his team about a prior negative experience involving a root canal specialist ripping my root out even though I was signaling I could feel the pain and he also never stopped. I specifically told Dr Jung "as long as you listen to me if I express I'm in pain, all will be ok." But he NEVER stopped the extraction. Just said he was "almost done" and I was "doing a great job." He didn't even check on me or say goodbye before I left. He was already on to the next patient as I wept in the chair. He never spoke to me again. Three members of his staff called to check on me in the days that followed but the OWNER who violated my face and my trust in dentists had not spoken one word to me since he said "I'll give you a minute" as I wept uncontrollably in his chair unable to even look a human in the eyes. He just went on with his day and week and life and let his (amazing!) team pick up the pieces. I sobbed in my car for 25 min before I could drive safely home. I had to use tapping to calm myself down enough to drive. In 2025, no one should have to go through that type of pain for a tooth extraction. It doesn't have to be traumatic or deeply painful both physically and emotionally. I was honestly still in shock and struggling with pain and sorrow and triggered trauma 10 hrs later. And then 5 days later when I got dry socket the pain was excruciating but I couldn't go back to that place for follow up care, so I spent $300 to have another dentist office treat the pain. Dr. Foster is an amazing dentist ... but I will never recommend anyone see Dr Jung and I had to tell my amazing dentist, Dr Foster that due to this extreme violation of body, spirit and trust I can never step foot in that office again.

At the time, I believed I was beginning a process that would be supported through completion, with the goal of restoring my smile and quality of life. Nearly three years later, I am deeply disappointed to say that consistent follow-up and clear guidance toward completion have not occurred. This has been not only frustrating, but disheartening--especially given the importance of this type of treatment. I also experienced a significant difference between the initial estimate and the final amount requested, which was not clearly explained in advance. When I raised my concerns with the office, I did not feel that they were handled with the level of care, understanding, or accountability I had hoped for as a patient. At 70 years old, this has been a difficult experience, and I would not want others--especially those facing major dental procedures--to go through something similar. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and fully understand the long-term plan before proceeding. I was told that the best option would be to prep and crown every single tooth. Dr. Chae is truly remarkable. His craft and precision are SECOND TO NONE. This entire practice is elite. I know this because I'm a son of a dentist and I can confidently say that this practices the most elite practice that I've ever experienced in my long history of dental care. Dr. Chae crowned every tooth and my smile looks real to the extent that people have complimented me on my teeth not knowing that what they are seeing are actually crowns. I went from an eroded, shortened teeth due to grinding and ended up with a genuinely beautiful smile that sincerely looks 100% real. I have increased my dental hygiene to the extent that I have a water pick and toothbrush at work after I eat lunch. I am so happy with my smile that I want it to last as long as possible as I am 31 and presumably have a lot of life ahead of me. I feel confident in the longevity of the total mouth rehabilitation given the extreme detail that Dr. Chae practices (he redid what was supposed to be an original final crown because they were not exactly how he wanted them to be at no extra cost, but just because of his demanding of perfection to the extent that is possible). It was a long process, the full mouth rehabilitation took around 15 visits over 6 months of multiple sets of temporary crowns, each improving on the last. I would trust Dr. Chae with my mouth forever because I know that he simply demands perfection and I have responded to his enthusiasm by implementing a strict floss 2x daily, waterpick 3x daily, brush 3x daily because I want my mouth to look exactly how it does now for as long as possible. I am confident that this rehabilitation will last a very long time given my new dental hygiene routine. If anything were to change, I would only go to Dr. Chae and this practice. There are several prosthodontists and their performance I can tell is similarly detail oriented, and elite. But given the fact that Dr. Chae completely rehabilitated my mouth, I would go nowhere else. I supremely recommend this practice more than five stars. It is as top notch as you can get. I can confidently say that if I were a patient, I would trust Dr. Chae's treatment plan and work over anybody else. I am very grateful to the practice and I was extremely warmly received and I will never forget how good of an experience I had at this place.
