I was annoyed about the extra time this took out of my schedule but shook it off as a one time inconvenience. Now my family of 5 are established patients. I try to get all 3 kids and myself in at the same time. Again, trying to minimize my time off work. Issue A: They are either way overbooked or closed far too often for the amount of patients they see. We've never been able to get on a 6 month cycle of cleanings. Need to be seen ASAP... not a chance. Issue B: We've been rescheduled multiple times. Its never we'd love to get you in sooner, if it works for us. Its always "We have to cancel your appointment and would like to reschedule in an additional month. The reviews sold us on trying SDA so I felt inclined f To give others a more full picture of the experience. If your schedule is extremely flexible and you are fine being seen once per year go for it. If you like good customer service with regular appointments you can count on, look elsewhere.
