We all know we've contacted a place and they sell you roses but get there and it's dead Lillie's-not here though! We've been here a few months now and each and every time I contacted them for my child medical issues, they've been on point! I receive call backs in a timely manner as well as follow ups to ensure I was able to get what I was contacting them for at the time. The front desk person(I forgot her name) is amazing. I even dealt with his not so nice wife (the reason for the huge turn over). I was going to court for a foster child and the day before the notes were requested from her last doc visit. I emailed the office first thing in the morning. No reply all day. I called and was told they have a new policy. It would take 72hr for them to print out the notes for me. Mind you I've been there and seen that it only takes 5 minutes to print. I explained the situation and asked for this one time courtesy. The girl said no. Wouldn't let me speak to Mrs.Darlene (docs wife). I call back again trying to get the young girl to understand that sometimes exceptions have to be made and I've been supporting him 30 yrs etc. still she refused. I asked her to have Darlene call me but of course she never returned my call. So I texted doc Israel's cell phone. Explained the situation and he said they were working on printing my notes right then (a lie). I thanked him and even asked God to bless him. But the office closed with out me getting my call back from Darlene or me getting those notes for court. He didn't support this foster baby in an emergency so I will no longer support him. He always said "I'm so proud of you mama and the job your doing with these foster babies". Well I'm no longer proud of his job with my foster babies. I'm disappointed and hurt by how cold and uncaring this girl was. I'm bettering lives and she was gate keeping somethjng so important that would've taken her 5 minutes. Btw I did eventually get the notes but of course not in time and only after going in person

Though I explained in two long conversations that both parents have custody, and both need equal access, they refused to provide it. This is simply unworkable for parents who, for whatever reason, are unable to communicate with each other, or do not agree about their children's health conditions. Because they would not give both custodial parents equal access to the chart, we will not be going with this practice.

I ultimately chose this practice due to the quality of the providers, availability of providers after hours and and the accessibility of same-day appointments. They seem to have everything worked out with regards to getting patients in and out during covid. When you arrive you call the front desk and they escort you back straight to your room. So there's no waiting around in the waiting room. I look forward to things going back to normal in the future so my partner can go to appointments with me. So far all the staff including doctors, nurses and NPs have been very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they had auto scheduled the first Six appointments for me. The nurse that helps out our doctor has a pretty poor bedside manner and has messed up our child's blood pricks several times, causing him more pain than required. Our doctor is okay but she just types on her computer all of our answers to questions and doesn't give us much feedback other than 'you're doing great'. They had decent reviews and since they are close to a lot of his specialty physicians he wanted to see how that would be. They have a lot of geriatric patients. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone for a new patient. The check in was easy. They have tablets to check yourself in but also have several receptions to check you in the old fashioned way that my father prefers. Everyone was very friendly. He felt comfortable and at ease for this first visit. I like that they have a my chart app and website so my father is able to give other people access so we can monitor his medical status. He can also make appointments and send notes to the doctor and do telehealth visits. Also on site, they have their own labs and imaging facility .

When I first started coming it looked old and now its bright and open. The ladies that check you in are very nice. The only thing about my visit today is that the lobby is extremely cold normally it is comfortable. The receptionist did mention that they lost power this morning so that could be why its so cold.
