Upon receiving the items, I found that the bottles were a different vintage than what the Uber Eats app had offered, so I took a picture of one of the bottles (since they were all the same) and returned them all with the store's delivery driver. I contacted Uber for the refund and they would only refund me for a single bottle, since I only took a picture of 1 item... I was worried that I would be taking a loss on the other 3 bottles I had returned. I called Sobo liquors and they sent me the remaining refund directly. They were able to turn around the situation and were great at communication. I appreciate businesses who care about their customers and make sure they are taken care of.

I've always gotten friendly, speedy staff drivers. I've only had one late delivery and the driver personally called me to let me know. I would say the staff, especially the delivery staff. This s what made me stop using them. I found out a while back that management keeps the tips meant for the staff delivery drivers. I am sure the management (especially if they're the owners) make much more than the staff does. I cannot and will not support predatory business practices. Delivery drivers have a high risk of potential harm doing alchohol delivery in the first place. They should absolutely be compensated for that risk. At minimum, they should have of those tips.

Varying prices thats can accommodate any budget -- whether you're celebrating or just need a bottle for the night, Divino has so many options for you. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The men who helped me were both trained somms, and were so eager to help me find what I was looking for. Beyond the wine, they have an amazing liquor section with some of the most unique liquors -- many that I had only seen behind a bar before. They also had a decent selection of beers in the back! My favorite thing about this place is the TWO 10 and under racks (sizing pictured). So yeah, lots of solid options without compromising on quality and uniqueness. And we all know drinking cheap beer is a step (perhaps a small one, but a step nonetheless) above drinking water while playing kickball. We pulled in and decided to attempt your drive-thru. We actually had to drive through the parking lot, back into the street and then into the drive-thru line. (Kym B is not lying - this is not a place made for multiple cars to drive through.) But, as we drove away, 12 beers heavier and 8 dollars lighter I felt a tremendous sense of satisfaction. The inside seems like it might be sketchy based on the outside appearance. However, the man working there was super nice, lamenting the fact that he couldn't have a TV to keep himself occupied during the slower parts of the day and making general conversation with us while someone else got the cold ones for us. Strange fact - they didn't have the 12-pack of beers. They gave us 2 sixers instead. And it's true that they won't let you pay with credit cards in the drive-thru line (unless you have kids).

The cashier lady smiled at me though, and said, "don't worry... we make exceptions for people with sleeping babies." Now THAT's what I'm talkin' about! Because, after all, I was indeed-y picking up six bottles of Boone's Farm Apple Wine Product. Don't ask. Prices are cheap here, and it's definitely THE place to go if you need a keg for a party.
