Thin and have good flavor. Sometimes also get the half order of B&G as the sausage gravy is outstanding. The biscuits have been changed in the last year or so and not that great. Also, personally, I'm not a fan of their own ketchup (we typically bring our own packets when remembered). Lastly, our server the last couple of times has been outstanding. This is the type of service that they perform here is not acceptable. But one thing they do is ask you if you want to leave a tip for service. Getting a tip means you've done something right. In my opinion this whole thing was not correct. You pay for a meal you spend your money you ask for what you want you should get what you request. Not a real big fan of sunshine cafe. One caterer we contacted in March for our Sept wedding suggested we contact them again 2 or 3 weeks before our event. HCC was a welcome change of pace to work with people who had the knowledge and patience to work with us on our schedule. The amount of food they suggested (we served appetizers during our reception) seemed to be about spot on. I can't give a detailed review if the food because I didn't get a chance to eat much of it. But what I did eat was great and I heard mumblings of good things from our guests.
