(I learned you can't do two reviews for the same business on Google, so I am posting a review for my second treatment here.) I recently had to have physical therapy again because I had a head injury. The PT was to regain my balance. Alicia was again in charge of my PT, but I also worked a lot with Shawn and a couple sessions with Diane. They were all amazing. Very professional and got me to where my balance was much, much better than pre-injury. I learned of many exercises to do to maintain balance, which is important for me as I am 72. I do these exercises regularly. I was also introduced to a great piece of exercise equipment called a tidal tank. I have bought one and use it often. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been at Athletico WL.

She's very knowledgeable, welcoming, and really caring for her patient. Each appointment I went in, she would check on my legs, do some massage work and taught new exercises that would help alleviate and strengthen my weak muscles. By the end of my treatment plan, I was able to finish my marathon race in Indy thanks to their help:) All the assistants there are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience with Athletico and would recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to go check out this place!

They all go 'way beyond' to support the residents in the Independent Living, Assisted and Memory Care. The residents are part of committees supported by Dave Kinder, the Director, to steer and keep the place focused on what is important to the residents who live and learn there. My mother lives here, since 2019, and it's the best decision she feels she could have made. Everyone is warm, welcoming and happy. It's a community, a home, a family-feeling and a place to call HOME for sure. I visit as often as I can from CA, and always look forward to seeing everyone again - staff, residents and administration. The best place ever for the seniors - where everyone is respected, supported and made to feel important and care for.

They were paid their fees from a separate account. They ended up taking extra and we now have to get our lawyer involved which won't end well for them. We had multiple issues with no shows, late arrivals, and incorrect billing. No one would call from the "office" to notify about late arrivals/absence. Our main caregiver was great but when she couldn't be there for some reason, the attempts to cover her shift was terrible. We even had one caregiver talking about her opinions regarding politics and abortions. Very unprofessional but I know Home Care by Design doesn't pay them very well at all, which contributes to their high turnover. During the initial sales call, everything we asked about was "no problem." Once we were under contract, the main issue we talked about became a problem. There were suggestions made over the phone regarding billing for long term care that sounded suspicious to me. When I asked for it to be put in writing, it wasn't. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

If you ever have the misfortune of talking to someone named Austin may God help you. He was rude, condescending, and accusatory. Offered zero solutions to help my son and wanted to blame me for all of my son's issues (which stem in large amount from my son willfully and intentionally not taking his medications). During the phone call I did get defensive as I'm human. I didn't take well to someone being judgemental and making assumptions about me or my life when they knew nothing about me. After 15 minutes of him browbeating me and blaming me for my son's issues he randomly put me on hold because hold music suddenly came on and after a few minutes I hung up. If this is how their "therapists" treat family members then I feel bad for the patients.
