They all go 'way beyond' to support the residents in the Independent Living, Assisted and Memory Care. The residents are part of committees supported by Dave Kinder, the Director, to steer and keep the place focused on what is important to the residents who live and learn there. My mother lives here, since 2019, and it's the best decision she feels she could have made. Everyone is warm, welcoming and happy. It's a community, a home, a family-feeling and a place to call HOME for sure. I visit as often as I can from CA, and always look forward to seeing everyone again - staff, residents and administration. The best place ever for the seniors - where everyone is respected, supported and made to feel important and care for.

In fact, we are looking for the same curtains that are hanging in the front lobby for our living room, we like them that much. They are currently decorated for the holidays and the decorations are beautiful. The staff are very helpful and open to listening to my parents and family members and having respectful, courteous discussions on their care. My parents are going through an adjustment period but they are "learning the ropes" and settling in. Overall it's just a great place and I'm very comfortable with my parents living here.

We called and they claimed we discussed what would happen with our members balance after passing.. we never did we talked with Olivia said for the balance to be refunded. They were paid their fees from a separate account. They ended up taking extra and we now have to get our lawyer involved which won't end well for them. Then, the day of orientation, 930 am, I'm supposed to be there at 1, they call me and tell me they are pulling my employment offer because they found something on my employment background check( which is a complete fabrication) so when I asked for them to tell me what it was that they found Jamie could not answer me, she just said I was not a good fit for the position available!! Such dishonesty and unprofessionalism!!
