I've been only going to a dental hygienist over the years and decided to come here because my brother referred me. My brother got his wisdom teeth removed here and they did ok. So might as well get my teeth cleaned and be examined by the dentist regarding my wisdom teeth at the same place. However, from my experience, I have to say this place is horrible. I called a head asking for prices and if my insurance fully covered teeth cleaning. The current place I visited had full coverage, I didn't have to pay anything at all. I told the receptionist this. The receptionist at this dentist office confirmed to me that I had full coverage for dental cleaning and procedures at their clinic too and I did not need to pay anything when I visit. So I decided to get my teeth cleaned here. On the day of my appointment, I didn't fill out any forms before getting my teethed cleaned. I filled out the forms after my teeth were cleaned. The hygienist and receptionist was really pushy with making me get my X-rays done even though I told her I would like to only get the X-ray to check for wisdom teeth. I did not want to get the X-ray for cavities as I already took them at my other dentist a few months back. She proceeded with the cleaning but I felt like she didn't clean my teeth well. She would scrape a little and then rinse and then scrape and rinse some more. I felt like she spent most of the time rinsing and sucking out the water rather than actually cleaning my teeth. Overall, my teeth did not feel as clean as expected when you visit a dentist. Besides that, when I was done. The secretary made me fill out all the necessary forms and then charged me for the cleaning. I was not expecting this because when I called a week prior to my appointment they told me that my insurance fully covers the cleaning like my dental hygienist and I did not need to pay anything. The secretary told me the plan changed, but my insurance goes by yearly. So clearly they lied to me. There's no way that my plan changed in a week. They obviously are not full coverage but state they are. Pretty much lied to me and tricked me into coming to get my teeth cleaned here and the charging me. I even brought my boyfriend to get his teeth cleaned here too. In the end, I ended up paying around $70, on top of that they also charged my insurance. My boyfriend ended up paying around $80. I tried talking to the manger but she was not in that day. So my mom called to complain for me a few days later because it was their mistake. The manager offered to send me a credit. It's been about month or more since then. However the credit of about $70 never came in the mail. Clearly this place is a SCAM. The people here are not honest or trustworthy. They lie to you to get your business. Avoid visiting this place at all costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Madhat for the last 5 years starting with his clarkson location but he has…read moreat this time closed that location but still has this mississauga central location and another one on dundas further on the east side of the city. Today I had an apointment at the hurontario and central park location. They are located in a 3 story medical building across the street from Walleys restaurant. They are on the 3rd floor and with plenty of parking spots for your visit. Dr. Madhat is extremely experienced dentist with what I believe is 35-40 years of clinical experience , he is exceptionally nice person ,very patient , extremely knowledgable , takes his time with you and explains everything thoroughly and always makes sure your comfortable before and after your procedure. The rest of his team at the clinic including Ragda and the other hygienists are just amazing. They always remember you and great you by name and your always treated like family when you arrive. They always see you almost imediatly so your not waiting around in waiting room , just fabulous overall service. Because I dont have dental insurance they have always given me discounts and provided very reasonable prices for my dental procedures. I will not see another dentist . Very confident and happy with Dr. Madhat and his dental team . If you need a great very experienced dentist please pay them a visit at the hurontario dental center.

They wanted to make money out of my insurance I guess, so their hygienist spent 1 hour on half side of my teeth. Basically, to waste time, she drilled so much that it damaged a nerve and I started bleeding. I called them to tell them I have blood oozing out and was told to take salt water gargle. Finally, at 1 am I had to go in an ER because the blood wouldn't stop. I had to spit blood every 45 sec, because my mouth would be full. ER couldn't stop the blood, because it was a dental issue I guess. Next morning, I went to them and they (with a straight face) heard everything and asked me to go to a specialist. They booked an appointment for me for that afternoon. It's was already 24 hours of no sleep, or food, or sleep. After 24 hours and blood all over and around me, I was finally fixed with stitches. He will do what is best for your teeth, and keep you informed along the way. He is smart, thoughtful, compassionate, friendly and extremely detail oriented and professional. He has a fun and funny rapport with his team, who are nothing but delightful. His office will communicate via email which is wonderful, and sometime it will be Dr. Hao who follows up himself if he's checking on a particularly difficult tooth or recent surgery. His office has gone above and beyond to help me out when I have been in an emergency situation, I know they've stayed late or missed lunch hours for patients before. I've had many other dentists in the city, but this one is by far the best. I highly recommend Dr. Hao and the team at 720 Dental.

Service is great too. He takes plenty of photos to demonstrate what he is talking about. And he seems pretty honest too about what treatments you do and don't need. And also he sent a followup email after my last visit to check that there were no issues. Other staff there are very friendly too. Highly recommend.
