Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward.

A couple weeks later, I picked up the drapes and proceeded to hang them. To my surprise, half of the water stains were still there, the drapes were now THREE INCHES SHORTER and lastly, were SEVERELY WRINKLED. Just a mess! $160, 50+ miles round trip to pick them up....NOT, two hours lost out of a Saturday and RUINED drapes! Not exactly a professional operation. The inner filling of the duvet insert shrunk, making the entire sewn boarder shrink in, leaving the outer shell baggy on the filling. I measured from where the sewn boarder is, not the overhang of the shell. The picture included shows how the duvet insert boarders used to look- but now the boarder is sucked in with the shell hanging way over it.

I left with my dogs when they arrived. the unit was pretty clean to start with, just a lot of dust collected on pictures, shelves, headboards, and night stands. the toilets needed a good scrubbing and the primary shower needed a good cleaning. the tub/shower combo in the secondary bathroom needed cleaning. the oven had a small bit of burnt food at the bottom but it is less than a year old and had only been used a half dozen times. I had specifically said I needed all surfaces dusted, baseboards cleaned, fridge wiped down, and the bathrooms cleaned. They only had been working for 2 1/2 hours before they texted they were done. I came back in 5 min. they were outside waiting. they left and I took my dogs upstairs. it smelled like cleaner and the floors were still damp in places. I had some emails to respond to so I didn't inspect the place. about an hour later I noticed the ladder shelves hadn't been dusted, the baseboards in the primary room were still dirty, the primary shower still had strands of hair on the walls and the soap ledges were still full of soap residue, the fridge hadn't been wiped down, the exteriors of the appliances hadn't bed. wiped down, the inside floor of the panty was still full of dust bunnies, as was the hall closet. the headboards weren't dusted, the ceiling fan wasn't cleaned, the primary bathroom sink faucet wasn't cleaned, the nightstands weren't cleaned, the dresser wasn't dusted, there was still dust bunnies and pet hair along all the baseboards. I have no idea what they spent 150 minutes doing because the work they did do wouldn't have taken 2 1/2 hours and wasn't worth $400. I texted them to say I was disappointed. they sent back photos of whole rooms saying we cleaned it. the photos don't show all the dust that wasn't cleaned or the the dirt that wasn't cleaned. they did mop the kitchen floor but it was still dirty. i ran a clorox wipe over it and it came back dirty. They said someone could come back out next week but I had hired them because the unit is going on the market on Sept 2. I didn't have time for them to come back. I spent 2 hours doing all the work they didn't do. There were no apologies. No offer to refund any portion of my money. I strongly recommend you NOT hire this company.

Let your children play with the clean and nice toys or read fun books. If you forget laundry detergent, they have some for sale. Also at this laundromat, there is an arcade in the back. The change machine didn't like my new $5 bills this time but the attendant gave me a roll of quarters for them. They have you covered. I use the smaller machines in the front and pay $4. The dryers are .25 for five minutes. It's worth the 28 mile drive I do weekly while waiting on the house to be finished. There is one local to me but I will continue going to Westport Laundromat.

The machines are decent priced the dryers are great they are the cheapest to dry clothes then anywhere else I've ever used. I can use the big 6 load machine with an extra wash and dry all of the clothes all for little less then $15. That's pretty good considering at my apartments it's $2 wash $4 dry 1 load. The 6 load machine really washes 6loads thoroughly so I am always confident my clothes well come out clean and fresh. Don't forget to get the bonus word off Facebook for discount on all the machines as well! Keep up the great work guys! Only negative thing I can say is the laundry cards it gives a site to check the balance online that isn't the right site and the actual site is a hit and miss if it recognizes the card number.
