We had a great experience with All Pro Cement and all of their crew. They were always on time and did the job as agreed upon. They were our highest estimate but were the only company that used rebar in their driveway and gave us an itemized bid that detailed exactly what they were providing for our money. They also brought in fill and compacted the ground before pouring the concrete. This project took 4 days to complete but I feel it was done properly and worth every penny we spent. I will preface this review by saying that we did not end up using All Pro for our project. That's why I have given 4 stars. I didn't feel I could give 5 since we didn't actually work with them. However, I wanted to write a review stating what a good initial experience we had with Anthony. He was prompt and professional. He answered the many, many questions I had for him throughout the bidding project. He followed up several times during the time we were making our decision. The 3 of 5 referrals that I was able to speak with spoke very highly of him and All Pro. We had some aspects of our project that involved a rip rap wall and some other landscaping. All Pro did not do those services. We found a company that could do everything for about the same price and we went with them. I would absolutely consider All Pro if we had cement needs in the future. read more

I would not recommend Anthony and his crew. I have worked with many contractors over the years but the experience I had with ALL Pro Cement was one of the all-time worse experiences ever. We trusted his "expertise" on where the wall should be dug. In the end, he dug too much, which we ended up having to move the placement of the wall. This resulted in charges to myself of extra dirt that had to be hauled away and more drainage rocks behind the wall. All due to his lack of planning. Also the lack of concern over my property as well as my neighbors was incredible. The only reason I kept him on was I was concerned he was going to take off and not fix some of the major damages he did to the property. The true lack of workmanship and responsibility was shocking. In the end he felt that none of the damage was his crews fault and that it was expected. He was seldom present to supervise his men. His crew left my yard in a mess, and he refused to fix my 2 sprinklers in the front because HE already was at a loss with the other damage that he created. So in the end I am out $$ to run new sprinkler lines in my front yard due to the deep damage his multiple trucks did on my yard, and I will have to lay new sod as they cremated that also, in addition to the extra dirt hauls and rocks I had to pay. But I guess they fixed the smashed fence, gate and the chunked out cement from my patio so I should be grateful. Yes, I am bitter at this point. It was a huge mistake to hire Anthony and his crew. The only thing that I could say that was positive was that his subcontractor, Dario, that did our retaining wall was extremely professional and hard working. But sad that the last bit of damage Anthony's crew did with their bobcat was a nice 30" long gash in the wall. One that we cannot get out. I failed myself by hiring him. Response to Anthony's Reply: No I NEVER said you did a great job. In fact I said nothing but goodbye. No we never talked about you causing the damage you did. Too bad you were not there when your foreman came into the job the first day and got the bobcat stuck and then the multiple trucks that had to try and pull the bobcat out. It was the huge tandem truck with a huge chain that finally got it out. Imagine what that did to my yard front and back. I have the texts you and i discussed NOT coming in when there was standing water and yet you still did. Most of the damage happened that first day. And it was your foreman that scratch the wall. Fixing the stone was just offered to me today after you read my review. I showed you that before and you offered me no help but a chisel. I have been extremely clear with my concerns as we went through the project. I have many pictures and text to prove that. You fixed everything you broke? What about the sprinklers? That is going to cost me. You didn't just run over them you decimated them to the lines. You told me you wouldn't do my spinklers because you already were at a loss because of the fence. That is not taking responsibility. You said in the beginning you would fix all that up in front, including the sprinklers. I didn't realize I was the contractor planning this wall out. We asked you to give us the most yard and you did some bad planning. I paid you to provide that expertise. Your cousin who fixed my fence did a great job getting it back to normal, and I also said in the original part that your mason Dario was fantastic. I have no dispute against their workmanship. What did I expect from a job like this...well Anthony I expected my property to not be destroyed by your foreman and to have a little better fore-thought when spending my money. You didn't plan it well and then I had to cover the expenses for your poor planning. The only one that lost in this was me. I paid you in full, yes I did. I honor my contract. Also about bailing...you told me that you were not going to have Dario finish for 3 weeks if I didn't pay you more money...at the time I had already paid you OVER half that was in the original contract. So yea I was a little concerned you were going to bail on us. I wish I had reviews to warn me. I have a lot of experience with working with contractors. I find the other one star review here perplexing. Anthony Montoya and his team were nothing but professional and did excellent work, despite the fact that I strung them along for many weeks trying to decide what I wanted and what would be the best solution to my drainage problem. I had flooding issues on my back patio, which backs up to an unimproved alley that is higher than my driveway and patio. This was a complicated problem to solve, but Anthony was able to create enough slope from my back door to the driveway, and built a valley pan into the driveway apron to take water around the garage and out to the alley far away from the house. He also poured a new front patio, steppers and a walkway for me, in addition to the new back patio. They completed all this work in just a couple of days and it looks fabulous! I have hired and worked with a lot of contractors in my life and Anthony is honest, hardworking, reliable, professional and an expert in his field. I won't hesitate in the least to use All Pro Cement in the future. read more

What set him apart at first was his concerns about doing the job right vs taking measurements to just provide a quote. While onsite his crew was very professional, did a great job and honestly left my yard cleaner than when they arrived which is rare in construction trades. All Pro Cement was recommended to me by a neighbor when I indicated that I needed to replace my driveway and garage floor. Having dealt with many construction companies over the years, I did not look forward to getting bids for the work or having the job done. What a pleasant surprise it was to deal with Anthony Montoya, the owner of All Pro Cement. He did everything right! He was very fast in responding to my request for a bid and scheduled an appointment within a couple days to look at my drive and garage floor. He explained what types of materials they would use (e.g., rebar, 4000 psi concrete, etc.) and how they would perform the work. After looking at the potential job, he emailed me a bid a few hours later. After a short delay and no response from other contractors that I had contacted, I accepted the bid and hoped for the best. While many construction people "talk a good game," their performance often leaves a lot to be desired. This was not the case with Anthony and All Pro Cement -- they did everything they promised and did it in a timely fashion. Most importantly, Anthony was great at keeping on schedule and keeping me informed of weather delays (which are quite common in Denver in the spring). Lastly, when I had an issue with the sealing job that was done after the concrete was poured, Anthony resealed the drive and garage floor without complaint. The porch was not 2 tone as expected. The porch itself went in ok, but in the process, a 2 foot edge of lawn around the porch was completely destroyed. In addition, there were huge tire marks through the rest of the yard. They also rolled over several sprinkler heads. When we called to explain the problem they said it couldn't have been avoided. read more

Anthony was a find. We don't even recall how we came to learn about him, but after talking to at least 5 other companies, we were just extremely lucky to have discovered him. Anthony came to estimate the work needed for our small addition in Englewood. We liked him immediately and hired him for the job. Anthony, and his great crew of guys, did everything Anthony promised - and then some. They were always on time on the day they said they would be at the project. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony even went so far as to help 'educate' us and direct us to other companies and solutions as we needed additional help.
