Is it possible to give ZERO stars? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time using this dry cleAners. Brought in a sweater and showed stain to clerk. Picked up sweater and stain still there and more pronounced. I should have checked BEFORE i paid the $7.00 for dry cleaning. Complained and asked to speak to manager. He said the clerks don't know what will or won't come out and refused to give me refund. Don't hire people who don't know your business. For $7.00 don't make an unhappy customer. I have used this Dry Cleaner sporadically over the last couple of years with no problems. I went to pick up a king size comforter today and was shocked to see the charge on my ticket of $68. Initially I thought this cleaner was wonderful - and felt a real connection two years ago when we were involved in trying to help their neighbor store (who had a client experiencing a heart attack). I recomended many friends to them as well. However, after my experience this week with their very nasty and defensive attitude when I asked them to fix a color change problem to a pair of slax and blazer - I have to share this negative review. Absolutely zero customer relations! The brand new blazer had gone from white to a light gray shade... and the very expensive white Pucci slax to a wierd shade of pink... although they argued that it was booked in as off-white (but not pink!!). I had three employees all trying to argue (loudly) that I had brought them in like that. Absolutely not true. All I was asking was for them to fix the problem that I believe they caused. Their behavior was insulting and in front of other customers. They are now attempting to repair these pieces. I hope it works! However, I would not recomend these folks to anyone again! read more

I bring my pilot uniform shirts to these folks and they always do a great job. Just the right amount of starch (medium), and the creases on the sleeves are as good as the ones I did to my Navy uniform shirts! And they've always had my shirts ready as promised. I bought an outfit on a Sunday for an extremely important job interview, only to find a lipstick stain on the pocket. The item was a cream colored crepe fabric and the stain stuck out like a sore thumb. My interview was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, and I was panicking. Every other dry cleaner I called told me they would not be able to have my item ready for Tuesday morning. I called Premiere Cleaners and was assured they would have it ready by my needed time. I brought my outfit in to Premiere Cleaners and precisely Tuesday morning my outfit was ready for pickup. This is the second time I have had poor results from this dry cleaner. I brought in a new tux that I had warn once to be cleaned. When I picked it up the pocket was torn and the sleeve was also damaged. I didn't notice this damage until I went to wear it and had to wear the tux to a formal affair with a torn pocket and sleeve. I brought the tux back to be repaired and when I picked it up they charged me for the repairs but they were still not fixed. I had to argue with the owner to get any satisfaction. In my opinion this is a VERY POOR excuse for a dry cleaner and I will never bring my business there again. read more

I have been using Premiere cleaners for years and they are outstanding. The only dry cleaner I trust with my clothes! Everything comes back perfect, always on time and they have never lost anything. They used to be great, then good, then so-so and now i wouldn't recommend them if they were the only cleaners in town. There is no more quality control, and the owner, who used to care, won't even talk to you anymore. i guess success went to his head and he forgot he is in the service business, or was in the service business. Clothes now come back damaged, broken and missing buttons, wrinkles...just no quality control any more. too bad. they used to be good. read more
