However, I am constantly amazed and grateful for this little town of Nacogdoches and the incredible care we've received from all of our doctors and nurses. In particular Dr. Davis and his staff go above and beyond to ensure our health and well-being is maintained. When we needed it most they found the time to see all of us - knowing we'd put them back for their entire day. However this is something we truly appreciate and cherish about this doctor. He takes his time with us to ensure we receive the proper care. So although you may have to wait a few more minutes than you'd like, just know you are getting excellent care from a doctor that takes the time to listen, discuss options, and determine the best care that's right for you and your family. I don't recall receiving this level of care when I lived in a major metropolitan. In addition, I love that our entire family (from infants through adulthood) all see him for our primary care.

This is a very bad sign. You are now on a staff members list! Dr. Lindemann's staff hates patients. Maybe you will receive a call and probably not. Patients are seen as an interruption. Dr. Lindemann is probably a good doctor. Her staff is not. Long waits for help. Complaining to the doctor does nothing. Maybe some good competition and a loss of patients would help. I do not recommend this Dr. because of her poor staff. But who knows.......maybe the Dr. trained them???

He was ALWAYS available when I called last minute, and if he couldn't squeeze me in, his associate, Dr. Davis would step in (with my permission of course). Dr. Davis is just as great as Polk... They make a pretty dynamic team. Most of the receptionists are very polite (with the exception of a few bad eggs). One of the ladies still gives me a handful of cartoon band aids every time I leave, even though I have long since grown "too old" to wear such things. My medicare and supplemental insurance didn't require me to pay a co- pay. We never pay a co-pay at all of the doctors my husband and I have to go to. This is the only place! We had our insurance company talk to them while my husband and I where there. They were not willing to make to adjustments. We are not getting reimbursements for months or not at all. We pay too much for our supplemental insurance for this aggravation on the part of the doctors office. The office staff should be as kind and caring as the doctor and willing to help you. This was not the case. I told Dr. Vicki about my problem and she said she had nothing to do with that. I would think they all work together in harmony. They work for the doctors I thought and they could speak to them. I'm sorry this didn't work out because I really liked her for my doctor. She was very kind and thorough in my appointments.

For less than $100 balance they say they can't see or even speak to their patients until their balance is cleared. not once have we failed to pay a balance. Not. ONCE. As military, my husband as lots of chronic issues related to active duty, but he's not looking for drugs, he's looking for treatment or physical therapy options to keep being in the best shape possible. Appointments are fairly easy to make for the same week. The staff is okay, they seem to be the ones doing the job for Dr. Furniss. You can see the stress in their faces. They take down complaints, they fill out imaging orders or prescriptions and they remind the doctor if he forgot anything. The clinic is very "hurry them in and out." I'm not even sure if Dr. Furniss heard a single thing we said. This is the appointment: Check in. Wait 3 minute. Get called back, complete vitals. Husband has some high blood pressure - it's never been high before. Concern noted for us. Wait alone for 5 minutes. Dr. Furniss walks in and uses his stethoscope. Half listens to my husband explain his 2 concerns while making some sort of wife joke towards me. Dr. Furniss walks out. A few minutes later, nurse walks and says "he wants to do a shot and prescribe steroids, here's a imagining referral. Where do you want the shot?" No information came from the doctor. He got zero history on the injuries or issues. Didn't even touch that the husband came in with high blood pressure or have it rechecked. Heard the request to have the injuries imaged and only provided a slip for one issue, not both of them. I was kinda dumb founded and when asked, the nurse shrugged. What kind of doctor doesn't sit, get a history of the injury, examine it or even do a complete assessment?! I am horribly disappointed in this clinic. I would really like to know how this guy is practicing without even doing his job.
