The front desk people have always been great, but sometimes you have to leave a message and just wait. Some of the hygienists and staff have been there the whole time and I love working with those people. My car wouldn't start this winter on one of those really cold days so I missed my cleaning appointment. Now I'm not able to make appointments ahead of time, so I haven't been able to get my teeth cleaned.

We had heard about this interactive walk-in available place and decided to give it a try. We did schedule an appointment, but did it the night before and got a time that worked for us. The staff there were very friendly and explained every thing they were doing to him. Our first appointment was a scan and meeting with Dr. White to go over the treatment phase. He was very personable and nice. Afterwards another staff member explained pricing and financing options. There was absolutely no pressure to sign up at that very instant, and that's what I think I love the most. They understand it is a big commitment, and sometimes families need to weight options. We went ahead and signed up that day, signed some papers and went on our way. They said it would take about 8 weeks to get his first treatment round in, but it only ended up taking about 4-5. He went in once everything was in and they fit him in his first set (along with some other stuff placed on. We are now being monitored ever week remotely and it is working out great. Just minor tweaks now. Wearing the aligners for the full 22 hours is key. I really kept up with it along with all the check ins, so I do believe that helped speed the process up by a lot. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming at the Rocky River location and Dr. White is awesome! I paid out of pocket $1,200 for 2 expanders when he only needed 1 . when I asked about it , they told me they had to have more made to fit better . It wasn't my fault they didn't do a good job . It wasn't my fault that they told me he needed two expanders one for the top and one for the bottom and then he only had the top one . She also had me meet her In The lobby at her apartment and took the expander out right there .I assume that is not up to code with orthodontic treatment. I had one Medicaid insurance and it switched in the middle of our treatment at no fault of my own. They then told me that I was gonna have to start paying out-of-pocket for all of his treatment. I told them that I absolutely would not do that and I could not do that in an email , and I'd go someplace else . Then I get another email about how I missed an appointment, and I owed $700. And they were asking me to reschedule it. I responded something like why would I be rescheduling if I already told you I'm not coming back? I took my son to a different ortho, to get his medical over there multiple times. The first time they just responded with what my balance was and then it was $160 . When I told them you couldn't cannot legally hold my son's medical records. Over my head until I pay them then they just and acted like they were just letting me know the balance but did not respond to any thing in the email I had sent. I took him to another new orthodontist. They try to get the medical records and the office sent back paperwork that wasn't completely filled out so he still cannot get the braces off of his mouth. So I have asked multiple times for the medical records. The new ortho asked multiple times for the medical records. I'm gonna have to go in to an office now and make sure that I get them. This has been going on for over two years. As far as I'm concerned, she is just a money hungry Shady orthodontist that should be barred from ever doing treatment again she had different people in constantly who were in the field probably because she doesn't want to pay them. I asked nicely. I was calm. I was polite. I am done playing these games with someone that I loses their license forever. I will be showing up to the office soon too for those medical records and I hope that they learn how to fill them out correctly finally, until then, I will do my very best job making sure anyone that I speak to knows how awful she is.
