We have been given incorrect information and tools by the front office staff. If they are not in the chart and performing services, they should not be issuing anything. Care is not completed, hopefully this is our last appointment. The office manager is pleasant but that doesn't make up for the inconveniences.

Then we found Dr. Ward. He was kind, gentle and soothed my daughter's fears. He invited me to ask any questions. After looking at her, he said that it would be a waste of money and cause her unnecessary work until her permanent teeth came in and showed why. He took time to answer all our questions and then said there was no charge since he didn't do anything. He's continued to be as good as that first visit. His rates for ortho work are MUCH more affordable. His staff is great. I recommend him to everyone.
