The office waiting area is full of sports memorabilia. It's awesome and really takes your mind off of where you are. We were seen at our scheduled time without delay. We were able to schedule our first appointment on a Saturday, which really helps to avoid taking so much time off from school. This group of idiots told me I was losing a tooth. They directed me to Cleveland Dental Institute…read morein which my mom and I had to wait FOUR hours to talk to an oral hygienist and she said the tooth was not falling out and that I just needed a root canal. I WILL NOT get another root canal and overdose on acetominophen with liver failure like last time when I got it done by a student (because the nurses kept telling me to take 2 tylenol every time I called in pain...couldn've had a lawsuit there...Case Dental School). Anyways, so, even though my old dentist does not accept insurance anymore, I wanted THE TRUTH. All I needed was my tooth grinded down a bit to reduce the pain and minimize the tooth movement. And I had to pay $355 to see him. So Advanced Dental Center cost me $355 and 4 hours of my time at Cleveland Dental Institute when my tooth only needed to be grinded down. HORRIBLE! And when they said my tooth was falling out, they said they couldn't give me pain medication when I was bleeding and crying in pain. They're dentists, but cannot provide medication for tooth pain? So if you have tooth pain, DON'T GO HERE EITHER. For some reason THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDICATION when my gums were bleeding out of my mouth and I was screaming and shaking.

Problems with bridges,problems with crowns, the original bridge was to low in the back and separated 2 times, but the dentist argues that it was because the other side had issues, the agonizing pain of removal the first time, the tooth in the very back was sensitive, the bonding would not hold, came loose again. and tooth underneath became abscessed, the 3rd attempt was impossible to remove so now my 3600 dollar plus bridge had to be cut in half, back tooth extracted he put 3 crowns in the upper left also one of witch had glue stuck on the inside between the teeth painful as all hell when he kept trying to free it up it had a gap between and food kept getting in he say the teeth moved forward and would have to replace center with a wider tooth so now I have another 1000 plus to add and also the front and rear teeth of that one also crowns replaced at the same time I was told have cavities and would need to be replaced, so more and more money, I could have had all new teeth and less aggravation for all this money and needless insurance claims, and calling me to get me to leave work set up an appointment then telling me they can't do the work when I get there until I pay an additional 600.00! Buyers beware get a second opinion before making decisions. To add I was told implants were not an option due to bite strength! And the current office manager argued with me about insurance company, I called them about it and she did not want her it! Missing before photos before procedure!
