I went in for an all over color and cut. I had so many ideas but was unsure what would be best. I talked with Savannah prior to the appointment to discuss my options and when I arrived we talked about what I wanted and didn't want. She was so friendly about my questions and concerns, she explained the reasonings behind her recommendations and it made me feel empowered to make my decisions accordingly. When I was concerned about pricing she didn't push the more expensive option on me but she helped guide me to a more affordable option that still gave a similar effect. overall I'm thrilled with the results and will be seeing her again!

I am sitting in chair and first had my feet placed in scalding hot water. Then cold water was in my legs to counter act the hot. Person didn't take their time and was very fast and I had to speak up to try to fix spots about 3 times before just leaving. Needs to be more educated on giving haircuts and patience on provided the service. I could work there and give a basic hair cut. I usually don't leave reviews but I paid for the service and the results weren't what I wanted.

He walked out feeling confident and looked very nice. The next three times the different stylists saw the previous pictures and notes and did an excellent job. Yesterday I dropped him off and Rebekah butchered his hair. She claimed she couldn't find the notes, and did her own style even after seeing the inspirational photo and previous hair cut picture. When I came in to pay I asked if that's what he wanted because it looked different. She overheard me and was furious. She wanted to know what was wrong with it. I showed her the previous styles and said it looked nothing like that. She raised her voice at me. She said I should have been in there to watch my sixteen year old. She said nobody could have figured out what he wanted from the photos. She kept on and on attacking him and me. She said she'd fix it. It took everything in me to remain calm. She "fixed it" and it looked even worse. He left there humiliated and feeling degraded. He told me in the car that he had spoken up the times and she did what she wanted anyway. It was a terrible experience. Now I have to go somewhere else and have it fixed.
