Nonetheless- it's a lovely shop with a rather good selection of cigars, loose tobacco, rolling papers and all the fixings. The shop isn't necessarily the most welcoming of places with it's somewhat dark, plain, and ominous lack of decor-but I don't come here for thrills. The staff is helpful. The prices are reasonable. It's a Fulton Street staple.

I attempted to reach out to the owner to make it right, I understand they can't take back used items but thought they'd at least make up in some way. Instead I got a rude remark from owner about how I should have asked more questions about the product. It never occurred to me any company would sell an old model for $20 more than the brand new one on the site. My bad I guess. Owner clearly cares about money alone and doesn't care he screwed a customer out of over $100. I will never recommend this to my customers at dispensary again. Filing a complaint with BBB.
