Nonetheless- it's a lovely shop with a rather good selection of cigars, loose tobacco, rolling papers and all the fixings. The shop isn't necessarily the most welcoming of places with it's somewhat dark, plain, and ominous lack of decor-but I don't come here for thrills. The staff is helpful. The prices are reasonable. It's a Fulton Street staple.

The employees there are so nice, and they have nothing to do with placing the orders. The manager (aka mangler) apparently does not care what customers want. The "star" review is because the employees are nice, and they care about customers. Otherwise I would have given a smaller "star" rating.
