Will NEVER be returning to a Wild Bills location EVER again. Continually getting defective disposable e cigs (specifically the breeze plus) that taste burnt, barley any smoke comes out, and die within a day (when they ALWAYS last me 4 days; 800 puffs e cig) Their receipt says they will exchange any defective e cigs. I opened the breeze I purchased in store the other day and had the same experience. E cig barley hits and the employee watched me test it. They wouldn't exchange it because it "still produces smoke"??? I'm done paying $15 for a defective product what a waste of money and such a scam for customers!! Don't guarantee exchanges if you won't actually exchange it??? The Tobacco Shoppe is the place to go!!! Haven't gotten any duds there and they will exchange it for you with no problem :) read more

It's extremely inconvenient to arrive at a place of business expecting them to be open (checking online, Facebook and the paper posted on the front door) to find them NOT open. Love that. Waited for 25 minutes past the time of open for nothing. read more

After a few visits here I have officially decided that I will never return. I have bought a Vape mod here that didn't work brought it back and they exchanged it. I also bought some covers for a vape mod and opened them in store and they were all scratched etc... wouldn't let me return them. Also bought a tank that was dented and same thing. I'm stuck with it. The people that work here seem nice but rather unknowledgeable about anything. They will tell you a flavor is good just to sell it. I would rather go somewhere where they employees care for the customers a bit more. read more

So great shop overall. I went in and got great service and good pricing. I wanted a new vape RDA and loved my recoil RDA. For 22 I could have a new one so I said sure and walked out with it. I looked at the box after I noticed that something wasn't THEY SOLD ME A FAKE. It said right on the tag I didn't notice until after that it said clone. I'm not gonna trust any shop selling clones without telling me right off the bat. It's obvious they were just trying to pass them off as real and hope no one noticed because the tag is tiny. If you like clones go ahead, but I don't give business to liars. read more

I'll start this review off with the initial transaction that led to this review (which would be 0 stars if possible). I went in to the store on a Friday looking for Suorin Air pods. They were all out. The guy working behind the desks says they won't have any in for a week at the earliest. However, they also have for sale the Suorin Drop, so I ask if they are equivalent to the Air. His response, and I quote, "I honestly like it more than the Air." Great I'll buy a Drop. Well, I leave, start using it and it is very clearly defective. It doesn't work more than half the time. Look at it for a minute and one of the pin connectors is lower than the other causing it to not fire. Well shoot, not a big deal I'll go get a replacement. I don't have time to go back until the following Thursday, well within their return policies time frame. I first go to the store on Northland Dr because I'm nearby thinking that even though I bought it at the Alpine store they should be able to help me. Well turns out they can't, even though I had done the same thing before with no problems. Okay, looks like I'm driving to the Alpine store. I get to the Alpine store, explain my problem to the person working, and his response after putting his own pod on and trying it out for himself is "What it comes down to is that you just have to push down on the pod while you're using it." I did in fact try this many times before bringing it back to the store and it did work, sometimes. I respond saying that I shouldn't have to do that on something so new, and that it is very clearly a defective product. He says that they know that it is defective, and that they all are and there is nothing that he will do about it. At this point I'm pretty angry. They are WILLINGLY pushing and selling defective products and then refusing to offer refunds or even exchanges. I repeat, they are WILLINGLY SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. HE ADMITTED TO MY FACE THAT THEY KNOW THAT ALL THE SUORIN DROPS THEY HAVE ARE DEFECTIVE YET THEY CONTINUE TO SELL THEM TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT TELLING THEM THAT THEY ARE BUYING A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. Instead they are telling people, like myself, that they are great products. This is unbelievable and unacceptable to me. How can a company because so deceptive and treat their customers so horribly? I will NEVER spend another dime at this place again and I will make sure no I know ever does either. I STRONGLY urge that you do not either. read more
