West Side Tan has amazing staff/friendly staff and is very clean. I have been going to this tanning salon for several years and have never had any issue's with staff or there beds. Always clean and ready when I walk in the door. Jessica is one of the girls that does eyelashes and she is AMAZING!! Friendly,kind,sweet and gentle when applying lashes. I took the eyelash extension class threw Westside Tan. It's an amazing course. Darcy and Liliana were the instructors and were very thorough. Darcy was there for the model application and was so helpful. It was great to actually have a live model to apply the lashes to so you get a feel for what your suppose to be doing. I had a few questions after and Eileen or Darcy were great, always there to answer or get a answer to my question. I went back so they could show me a few thing I was struggling with and felt way more confident in my applications. Totally recommend the class to anyone wanting to learn how to do eyelash extensions. read more

I am a relatively new client to "Westside Tan" ... And I would have to agree with all the previous reviews that this establishment does indeed excel. I have been checked in by three different girls; very friendly, knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their work. Each tanning room that I have been in was extremely clean the beds sanitized, no tanning lotion drops on the floors or splattered on the walls. Some of the little touches they add to your tanning experience are superb; towelettes to remove your makeup, spray bottles, deodorant, they store your tanning lotions and best of all a "sweet little touch" they place a piece of candy on your towel.... too cute! I experienced a little hiccup so to speak... with a child that was able to open the tanning room door (thank god I was laying on my stomach) but the owner was AMAZING... she actually called me immediately after I left to apologize. She gave me a few upgrades, by no means necessary as it was no fault of the salon... This my fellow yelpers was customer service at its BEST! I have recommended Westside Tan to numerous people.... in The Antelope Valley as well as in Valencia if you want a great tan, for a fair price in a clean environment with exceptional customer service......Westside Tan is the place. read more

This is in regards to the westside tan that just took over bronz bunz on avenue k and 13th St. West. I won a gift card off of 100.1 the edge radio station and it was $20.00 to bronz bunz. When I went into the location the employee informed me that they were now westside tan. I told him about my gift card he called his manager and they did not let me tan. I did not lie they said they would give me a call back and never did. Being a child of a local business owner it was disappointing to feel like I was lying about how I got the gift card and the amount on it. They should have let me tan in my eyes if not gotten back to me in regards to the gift card. read more

I love Westside tan and I was so happy when they took over Bronze Bunz (and I used to work there). The staff is great and this store in particular is always super clean. I particularly like the Palmdale one its convenient for me to get off the metro and pop over there before I drive home. The only bummer is that you have to know which store has which beds. The Palmdale store has NO 15 minute beds, the Lancaster and Quartz Hill store have the 15 minute beds, when I used the Matrix at the Lancaster store the bed wouldn't close I am not sure why and when I got out I was going to ask but she wasn't in the front of the store and I didn't have time to wait. The bulbs in the Lancaster 15 minute beds are brand new (just changed yesterday) and they will burn your tooshy. But the worker was really nice and help suggest I not go the full time. I've only had a couple bad experiences with employees at the Palmdale store but other then that everyone's been great. read more

I tried the eyelash extensions for the first time with Britney & she is amazing! They feel so natural, light & the best thing is they dont irritate your eyes. Britney is very thorough with explaining the process and maintenance for them. I wouldnt feel comfortable getting my lashes done with anyone else but Britney now! I love this salon, Im addicted to this salon. Everyone in this salon is great , the deals they offer are ones you can not pass up. The 70.00 a month for access to everything is worth every dollar, you get to use the body wrap all the beds and spray tan if you want but i love being able to do whatever bed i want and the wrap. The hours are perfect , I just love my tanning salon!!!!!! read more
