I've been coming here since 2025 and have been a consistent, regular client, especially recently, so I'm very familiar with their pricing and what to expect. Unfortunately, this salon lacks professionalism, consistency, and accountability. They require a $25 deposit, so I strongly recommend keeping track of your payments. Pricing is not consistent, and if you're not paying attention, you may be overcharged. I had to go back and check my Zelle history to confirm what I've actually paid in the past. My usual nail tech, Ethan, is currently on leave, so Tina did my acrylic set. She attempted to charge me more than what I've consistently been paying. When I politely addressed it and even showed proof, she became combative and handled the situation unprofessionally in front of other customers, stating, "the price is what it is." During the service, the technique was very drill-heavy and repeatedly painful. I've had acrylics done many times, and this level of discomfort was not normal. She even stopped in the middle of my service to complete another client's pedicure, casually asking if she could come back "in a minute," which was unprofessional and delayed my appointment. When I canceled my future appointment, she also attempted to deduct my deposit incorrectly, keeping an extra $10. I had to follow up and correct it myself. Only after I pointed it out did she agree to return it via Zelle. On top of that, if you speak up about quality issues, like uneven French tips or poorly shaped acrylics that lead to breakage, it's often turned back on the customer instead of being fixed. I'll be honest, I had been settling for "okay" work because of the convenience of the location. But between the inconsistent pricing, lack of accountability, poor customer service, and painful experience, I will not be returning. read more

I never have been so cut on my finger tips and my toe. The guy was so rough. I was NOT going for the cheapest service I paid for a luxury pedicure but got cut after I asked her to use a nail filer. When another tech finished she completely walked away. No cuticle oil, no smile no nothing. I'm going back to my old place. I'll have to drive further but I won't be disappointed. read more

When I first got there, the first manicurust wanted to drill off polish instead of taking it off with remover and cotton. I said I'm not comfortable with drills. He wouldn't take no for and answer so I had to insist and got the whole salon's attention. Then he huffs and does it with cotton. Then he cuts me with nippers. Then a different manicurist comes out and replaces him. She does much better but was a bit rough when cleaning under the big toes. Then omg she burns me with a hot rock!!! I had ordered the regular pedicure, I didn't even know hot rocks came with it but that was the last straw! Felt abused, won't be going back ever!!! Salon was dirty too. read more

Unfortunately I have to break up with this salon. I've been going here for about 4 yrs but this last time will be the LAST time I go to this salon. I took a friend and we both got basic pedicures with gel polish. The day after my friend noticed a deep cut on the side of her toe and discharge coming out the left big toe. I also have discharge coming out of my left big toe. I did call and notify the salon and they didn't take any accountability but did let me know what we can do for treatment. I believe the quality and cleanliness of this place has gone down. read more

Make sure you have an appointment don't go squeezing yourself in because the quality of service will be low. I called two hours before they closed to asked if there was availability they said "yes come in" I went in and this guy took me in he just finished with his last client but he rushed everything, I asked for a clean up and white gel polish mani/pedi. He didn't push my cuticles or cut them, the polish was white but brushed on thinly. He didn't even wait to finish curing my nails top coat or put oil on them he ran to the back while my hands were in the UV and walked fast out the front door to go home, keep in mind they wouldn't close for another hour. Less than a week my nails looked so grown out and uneven. Just make an appointment and hopefully they don't rush your service. If you get serviced by someone you like remember their name and book with them It was $55 was my total before tip and yes I still tipped but they need to do better Other times I've scheduled were okay read more

I had called b4 coming in they told me pedi w full set acrylic toes for 65 when I went in she said 80 so did just acrylic no pedi for 45 Came out really beautiful she's really precise With her work and took her time would definitely come back just that 45 for acrylic and 25 for a basic pedi would be 70 not 80. I dont even want to leave a star. I took my granddaughter for her birthday and was told right away that they could not take us even though there were only 2 people in there. Very rude and unprofessional. They lost our business and missed out on a very large amount of money. They didn't even care. Went to LMV nail and spa and got right in and they even offered to do a full child manicure for my 2 yr old granddaughter. Had free drinks and so very nice and they already had customer's and took us right away! read more

I finally found my nail spot in the AV! Ethan's quality of work is amazing !! I started getting my FULL SET since October and I only gotten 2 sets on my way for the 3rd one. They last looking great for a long time , I can't tell you enough how many compliments I get after weeks of getting them done. For my PEDI you must go with Daniel , this guy is a surgeon for the toes. Daniel never fails to take all my nail growns , my toes never look so good ! Wow! I had read a review saying that if you just need a fill and pedicure they tell you they do not have time. I am new to the area, I called and asked if they could do a full set and a pedicure. They said yes, no problem I could walk in they were not busy. When I got to luxury day, spa and nails, it was not busy however, I realized I just needed a fill. I have two broken nails. I am new to this area. I was treated like I was not welcome because I did not need a full set like I said, I am new to this area. I am so shocked that that review that review that I read earlier on yelp is 100% accurate. I will never come back to this place they missed out on good business as I am not cheap. The inspo for my nails is the blue & my nails are the orange/red ones & I love them! I didn't catch her name who did my nails. Wow ! I've found my go to place, recently moved to the Palmdale area. Wasn't sure where I was going to go and get my nails done, stumbled upon Luxury Day Spa&Nails on yelp after reading the reviews I decided to give it a go& wow I was not disappointed. Tina ! She does such an incredible job you show her the design and she gets the shape and design down. Even better than those Pinterest nails I'm my opinion. Ask for Tina she does such an amazing job. Not only do they offer it, they have a lot more colors to choose from than any other shop I've been to, and they are such kind and patient people. So within the last months that I have been here and have gotten manicures and pedicures every other week, I have been cut. Not even mildly cut, cut to where my finger would stop bleeding the entire manicure. Unfortunately it wasn't just once but every time I would go a different nail would bleed. The very last time I went my gel manicure was ruined because they forgot to rub off the sticky part. They tend to rush when they have walkins coming in and as nice as that is for the walk ins, it takes away from the quality of those have appointments and are in the middle of theirs. Came to this place at 4:20pm to get a change of color and a pedi and they basically kicked me out because they said they close at 6:00pm. A simple color change and a pedi should not take over two hours. That's completely ridiculous. Better change their time because everywhere it says they close at 7:00pm. Seems like Palmdale really lacks any good Nail businesses. read more

We had a bridal party of 7 who all wanted to get manicures and pedicures in the late evening due to work hours. Luxury day spa is the only place in the AV that accommodated our needs. They not only agreed to take us at a late hour but were very happy to do so. The staff is professional and very nice. They stayed open late for us. (Please note we made this appointment with two weeks advance notice) The place is clean and location is convenient. The services they provide are excellent quality. I have never had such beautiful nails! Every single one of us was impressed with our manicures and pedicures. They have got very talented technicians. My mom and I went for pedicures and we were super impressed with the service we received! The techs working took their time, paid attention to detail, and made the experience extremely relaxing and worth our while. I liked how they only allowed a certain number of people so they did not have to rush through your service. We will definitely be back soon! read more

I've been going to this establishment for a few months now since I moved out to the A.V from Orange County. It's hard to get a hold of them most times because they main lady Tina is the only one answering calls while providing services. They only have three nail technicians so you have to make an appointment. No walk ins. You're also required to send a $25 non refundable Zelle deposit to hold your appointment. Is this legal? The customer service is sub par. You're lucky if you get a "hi can I help you?" when you arrive. Normally it's "what you need?". I get the language barrier but this is a customer service based business. They have a price list but don't expect to pay anything close to what you see. They make up their own prices depending on what they feel like that day. Every time I go in, I sit down with Ethan for my biweekly fill. I get the same service but each time the price keeps going up. This last time I went in, I got charged $40 for a fill, when the price list states $25. I'm not the only one they do this to. My relatives have also been charged ridiculous prices. Read other people's reviews. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new salon. These people are crooks!!!! read more

Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair.

For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

Over the years, I have seen once in a while, there's a certain type of customer that will come in, get their service, and have a meltdown/make a loud scene looking specifically to get out of paying which I have seen in other salons too. It happens. I am always impressed at how professionally and tactfully the employees respond to those kinds of situations. Overall, I appreciate the service they provide, their presence in the community and would like to see them continue be a part of it. They're the only salon in town I've gone to for this many years, and I'll keep going because I like what they provide for me.

Most salons have to be told exactly how to do it, but I get there and explain we are donating my daughter's beautiful long hair and she knew just what to do. She has done it with her own girls before and sent it to Locks for Love. We will be doing the same. Please go see Sanat if you have any last minute needs, but especially if you want to donate your hair. Very reasonable too. Just be sure to take cash though. Was a previous customer at this salon. Reached out to schedule a fill. I was told my request goes…read moreinto a group chat and someone will contact me (already a red flag). Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

I have been coming here to get my nails done for over five years now. I have tried other Nail Salons and there is no comparison to Luxury Day Spa and Nails. I always enjoy the music play list, it's so relaxing. Nih and her Staff are always friendly. I will never go to another Nail Salon. I've been coming here for a long time and the service has declined considerably. They file my nails crooked and the older, main lady needs glasses; she cut my fingers three times this last visit with the electric grinder. The prices have gone up ridiculously! The same music plays every time i go and its soooo depressing. read more
