I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I came in after a long day hoping to get my nails done, but was immediately put off by the lack of customer service. The front desk staff member was sitting at a station and didn't make any effort to greet me or get up to assist. I walked over and showed her a photo of the design I wanted, and was quoted $120 for what I felt was a pretty simple Gel-X manicure with a few beads. The price seemed unreasonable, especially considering the lack of professionalism upon arrival. I ended up leaving feeling disappointed. I had previously recommended this place, but after this experience, I'm not sure I would anymore. Please greet your customers properly and be more mindful of pricing. Thank you. read more

Second time getting a pedicure here, I like the way they come out so can't complain the guy with the glasses does them for me . This time I got my nails done as well I called before coming in to see how much it would be for a basic French tip I was told $40 over the phone. For my pedicure I did their number 4 option witch was also $40 so I'm expecting it to be $80 total but some how it ended up being $95 not sure why not including my tip. Lady charges me $55 when I paid for acrylic powder instead gave me gelcoat, neglected my cuticle and The entire wrong shape when I paid for coffin nails they don't even look coffin they were square. The lady's were so rude right whe we walked in. And I went with three other people and they said we couldn't sit next to each other because then they wouldn't have enough room to work...... when everything they did was half as anyways and then one lady was trying to get my friend to get mani so bad she had to tell her to leave her alone! I came to this place Thursday. I paid $60 for nails that looked like gum, the lady raised her voice at me, and the polish was textured and lifting the next day despite being gel. I also included the shape I asked for but a little bit shorter. Similar but not really. First pic is the day I got them, I was on the phone w my therapist so I wasn't paying attention and they started slacking bc I even liked the shape at first but they piled the polish on. second pic is when I went back and they fixed the nails but they took length off to make them the shape I wanted n the guy smacked my hands away. But I told him my middle finger on my right hand was crooked and instead of fixing it he said "your nail is just crooked" without trying to fix it. The lady who raised her voice was nice the next day and redid the set but even then they just took off the polish, reshaped, and painted it. Overall it's a mess, I come here for pedicures and I've had a manicure done but the acrylics were so bad time stamps are included in the photos just to show how quick the polish started peeling. read more

Horrible acrylic job and price doesn't live up to the result. I went in for acrylics and the lady literally drilled my pinky nail and continued to drill all my nails continuously thin. She also didn't know how to do acrylics which is why she continuously asked for help and it took about three hours to get done. I went in to have my gel Polish removed. While soaking my nails the lady pulled out the electronic filer and I asked can they scrape it off like the other places do. I should have walked away when she had to explain I wanted the scraper in another language and the lady seemed annoyed. After soaking she put the scraper away and began filing the gel Polish off. She filed so hard that it hurt. At one point she PULLED my arm closer to her I almost yelled wth but I just wanted the Polish off. When she was done my nails looked like shit and my ring finger nails is half gone. The ladies i dealt with were not friendly almost like they were doing me a favor. The workers here were not "happy" and do not communicate with customers. I was getting a fill and gel color. The few times I was spoken to it was abrupt. I said out loud - "I think this may go badly" and was tempted to leave. She was kind of rough with my hands. 2/3 through, she got up and left and another women took over. Neither said anything. No base coat was applied. No hand massage. The only thing the 2nd woman said was to ask if I wanted oil on the nails at the end - I said no, but she did it anyway. Then she said - done and she left. At the register another lady simply said 33 dollars 33 dollars I usually tip 20%, but simply paid $33. I understand English is not their native language, but no real effort to communicate with me or even just smile. Was driving by, saw this nail salon, went in, asked for one thing, was quoted one price, but when it was time to pay, the price was higher. Asked for gel, on my own nails. The next day they started to chip. Due to working out of the area, I could not get back in there to have my nails "fixed", until the next Sunday. She really took care of me. I got a full set of gel nails *color was white* and let me tell you she did not shape them square they were bulgy and bumpy, she was rushing the work and burning my nail plate with the drill. She did them in like 30 minutes and it looked like 30 minute work! She did not cure the gel right so literally the next day the gel was falling off Also it looks dirty and not well maintained, the people that work there talk in there language the whole time. I just moved here from Vegas and didn't know where to go for a full set, but please don't go there unless you are asking for a horrible service and horrible treatment. I was okay with there work I had only gone once and had no complains . Friday was the day my parents we getting married , so since I had already gone there I said why not. One of the ladies asks me how I want it and I showered her the pictures she said it's gel and it'll cost 40 buck in my head I'm like fuck it . And so I go for it she then tell me she didnt have these stickers for a design and I was like oh well . I loved it but oh well. She was hoping from person to person so another lady shaped my nails . Then she came back after to paint them . I'm guessing she really wanted that tip. And before she started I decided to show her the picture again . My thought was she's been with so many other ladies she probably forgot . So I proceeded to show her and she like " okay.. okay" i know what Im doing" So I was okay she gots this. tell me why she starts painting my ring finger white and index finger white as well .the picture was the pinky and thumb as white . So I go again ( not trying to be rude)so this finger and thumb have to be white. She rudely replied " i know what I'm doing" at this point I was kinda upset and was trying not to let it bother me so I thought maybe she doing some shit I don't know . Wrong she did my nails how ever she wanted to. It upset me because if the design was so hard for her why couldn't she have told me " you know what it's a more difficult design it's gonna cost you more or I'll have something whose better take over" You know something along those lines , I tried to show her that she was doing them wrong and she completely ignored me and when it came in time for paying she said " so do I charge you for your tip here " and I said no . Only because I was gonna pay her in cash and I said "it'll be separate " . She walked away so fast and with an attitude that she didn't even let me finish. Like oh sorry you messed up my nails and now your mad ... My nails aren't ugly but there not what I wanted .. I paid for something that I wasn't happy with.. all I want to say is don't be rude but be strict with these ladies because their " i know" might not be your "i know " . So I ended up going back. It took a lot to convince myself to go but with the encouragement of my friend I decided to call this ladies and see what could be done . They told me that they had to see my nails . So I went back and the same lady who attended me was there. I think she might be the owner but she started tell me " wat wrong" . And I replied that she didn't do the design I wanted and she started tell me " no u said it was fine" " it got the gold" ( which was a color I asked for. But it also had white and silver anyways) she started arguing with me and from arguing it became yelling and then she started calling me a liar. I felt like backing up and walking out but I told myself that I wouldn't go in vain so I was persistent. She told me to sit and wait so I did another lovely lady attended me but she was still persistent in arguing so she kept lashing out on me . The good thing is the other lady did my nails right . I'm not saying that all the workers there are like this,that's not my point . My point is to be careful with who you get because that lady was a total bitch read more
