He charged me $30 for a "difficult Install". He never mentioned that he was going to charge me extra even when I questioned the amount. The car was in the garage, but it was easy to get to as the other bay was empty and I offered to back it out if he needed it, but he said it wasn't a problem. I tried to call quality towing back for a refund and got hung up on.
