We needed to transfer 20 - 8mm cassette tapes to a digital format, from 1995. I first went to the 'Box' company. Some images were good, others terrible. They were kind and said "please send back your order and we will do it again." I did, nothing changed, 10 weeks wasted. When I contacted Sam at Westside Video, I was first pleasantly surprised he answered my call after 3 rings. I described what I needed, he was extremely attentive and interested.
