Each time, the person I dealt with or spoke with on the phone was very friendly, personable, and professional. They all couldn't have been nicer. The time it took to convert each set of filmstrips was reasonable. The quality of the converted videos turned out excellent! I am very pleased with how they turned out and have been sharing the links with many friends and family. The videos are truly treasured keepsakes. What they have instead is a temp front office (no relation to the business itself) that prepares a paper invoice and have you leave your item with them. The item then gets picked up, inspected at a later date, then a quote is given to you either by phone or email. This is extremely inconvenient for the customer as there is no onsite assessment that can be done which means you're obliged to travel back and forth to a nonexistent office. It's lazy at best, unprofessional at worst. Responsiveness was hit or miss -- more often than not, my calls were not answered but I did get a call back on the same day and the man answered all my questions as patiently as he was able. However, I can't recommend this place given the concerns listed above.
