The owner was super knowledgeable, had all the sizes already for each country on his PC, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. What they have instead is a temp front office (no relation to the business itself) that prepares a paper invoice and have you leave your item with them. The item then gets picked up, inspected at a later date, then a quote is given to you either by phone or email. This is extremely inconvenient for the customer as there is no onsite assessment that can be done which means you're obliged to travel back and forth to a nonexistent office. It's lazy at best, unprofessional at worst. Responsiveness was hit or miss -- more often than not, my calls were not answered but I did get a call back on the same day and the man answered all my questions as patiently as he was able. However, I can't recommend this place given the concerns listed above.

Very reasonably priced and my Passport Picture was developed quickly and professionally. Really liked how the picture came out. Wow, the caliber is high. They also take pictures for other Countries Passports, besides the US Passport. This place is highly recommended for Passport Pictures. Discovered that they both sell and develop 35mm films plus other forms of printing, i.e. digital. etc. Very knowledgeable, skillful and friendly staff. Also learned that manual picture photography has become a VERY popular Hobby. Was told if I had any negatives (taken from manual cameras), they can develop pictures for me. Very nice people but the conversion job was less than satisfactory. They gave me a hard time about…read moreit- blaming the age of the media and not their fault. They say they tried hard and made me feel bad saying they tried it on multiple machines and still the quality was poor. At that point they should have called me but they did not. She claimed it was 1 in 1000 that had this issue. I did the research and pointed out a possible fix; they sent my VHS tape over to their Torrance store and the result was noticeably much better. In the meantime, I missed my deadline and the poor version was not acceptable for the event we were planning to show it at. So I WOULD recommend this business but ONLY the Torrance store with the better equipped deck. I was made to feel bad for insisting on better quality- this was not a good feeling so I do not think I would use them again. (I imagine they are not going to cry about losing me as a customer) In the end, they gave me the fat file so we could do professional corrections on the file so I can still recommend them but they did say up front at the end, that they don't do this usually. And they did NOT charge me extra.
