I called Countryside's emergency number and John called me back and provided an honest timeline of when he would be able to make it to my house. Long story short - Sunday (Valentine's Day), 20 degrees out... work was done in 2 hours and he also repaired a leaking connection at my water heater that I didn't even know about. Always carried 4 window A/C units up and down 2 flights of stairs because they had to be stored in the garage. After 40 years I can't carry these anymore. Talked to Mighty Mike's guy Ken at Canfield Home & Garden Show in Feb. 2025. Ken immediately had ideas of how they could add needed A/C venting and a Mitsubishi Heat Pump to solve our A/C needs. May of 2025 Mike, Ken, & Jason designed and installed our new HVAC system with a New Luxaire Furnace, Mitsubishi Heat Pump, Attic A/C Blower System, and A/C Ceiling Vents. After 12 months I can say it has been a blessing that we trusted & hired Mighty Mike and his team. This new system has kept us warmer in the winter and now cooler in the summer without fail.
