We are a large group of 12+ with rappers and the team. I was a little nervous at first because of the state of America right now and what the media shows us.. but we were welcomed with nothing but respect and great energy!!! That's needed more than anything right now! People laughing together despite their racial differences. I will never forget this experience. I made sure to hug everyone on my way out! I'm all about spreading positivity and love! I even wore my "Let's Change The World" shirt today!!! If more things like this happened, we can really change the world.

And I'm glad we did. There was plenty for us to split and it came with a bag of chips. So yes, plenty. The Dip was hot and roast beef very tender. Good ajau sauce. Great light lunch. We didn't know their hours but they quit taking orders at 3:00. We walked in at 2:45. Got great service and food fast. Next time I'm gonna get ice cream too.

It's about 1.5 hours from Houston, but it turned out to be a really fun family outing. The visitor center has Blue Bell history, vintage ice cream equipment, a viewing area for the production line, and plenty of cute photo spots. But honestly, we came for the ice cream. The $1 servings were surprisingly generous. We tried Mango, Birthday Cake, Homemade Vanilla, Salted Caramel Brownie, Triple Chocolate, and even a no-sugar-added flavor. Birthday Cake was our daughter's favorite, while I liked the Salted Caramel Brownie the most. My only complaint is that there isn't enough here to justify the drive by itself. I'd definitely combine it with exploring Brenham. Still, if you love Blue Bell or just really love ice cream, it's absolutely worth visiting once. And yes, we ate way too much ice cream.

And did I mention the owner's 9 year old daughter brought us our food and was the perfect waitress? They had cold AC and singer that was great AND the perfect volume. It feels like you're at your neighbor's BBQ and he's a really fantastic cook. Not to be missed. We will be back!

To have one in a small town is pretty special! My only scheduled visit to a convenience store is usually to get a beverage on the cheap. Fountain drinks tend to be less costly than a bottled drink. On my last stop here, I really wantrd an Icee. Surprised to find that not only are fountain drinks 79 cents everyday, but the Icees are 99 cents everyday too! This includes any size. Pretty great bargain if you ask me. Flavors of fountain drinks are not as vast as Stripes, but adequate. They do have the option to add flavoring to your favorite drink. There are three Icee flavor options although 1 was not ready when I stopped last time. No worries--my two favs coca cola and fanta red were there. Mixing the two is the only way to drink it by the way. Great drink stop at a inexpensive price.

She was transported to the Emergency Room and treated for a broken nose and facial abrasions. She also had a couple of front teeth that were chipped. She expected Circle K to take full responsibility for the parking lot cracks and poor surface but their reason was it was due to wear and tear. If that were the case why did they make repairs only a couple of days later? Hmmm Big corporations versus little consumer and you know how that ends. Beware!!!

They have 6 flavors of Icee's and hot coffee. There are gas's pumps and it's easy to get in and out. Staff was super nice, I didn't get her name (the young lady with glasses who was working at noon on Saturday 3/28) at the counter was polite and smiling and was able to chit chat with me while checking me out which honestly was great, because long drives can be isolating and a friendly smile and chit chat while paying honestly left me feeling revived and smiling. There was a guy also working but he was just standing there and when we went to the checkout he didn't say anything just stood back. That's when the girl said she could help us checkout and she was great. The guy was talking with another person loudly when we walked in but went radio silent when we went to his side of the counter. The girl was amazing, the guy could definitely learn a few things about customer service from her. If the owner or manger see's this give that girl a raise, she made me get back on the road with a smile and employees like that are rare. I will definitely be stoping by again on my way back to Austin to gas up and grab a snack.
