I looked online for a plant. Steve's had it I was in luck. not to mention it was 5.99 a steal at two dollars less than the other lf. I get to the store they have large ones listed as 7.99. I look for other I see some listed under assorted misc 7.99. I ask an employee if they have any of these listed online for the 5.99 price point. he looks like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. he starts going tank to tank looking. I ask if they can honor the price online. I'm told the price is only updated in the morning and isn't for the plants that they received today they sold out of mine earlier. okay I say can you match the price. finally the asm says he can. great I'd like 4 please. as we get to the tank one of the other employees keeps trying to tell me why the price is different. I've already accused them of bait and switch. at this point with the asm trying to help me and the other guy telling me why I'm wrong I decide to leave. as I leave I pull up the stores number to call and talk with the owner who was worse than the first guy. she was terrible. In reply: you actually told me I'm sorry I can't help you. I told you, you lost a customer and you said I'm sorry we couldn't help you. But have the day you deserve.

If you own/desire a large or saltwater aquarium, Wet Pets can offer you way more than a chain, unspecialized pet store can. The store is teeming with friendly and knowledgeable associates. There are lots of buying options for large tanks. They offer good water for your tanks that you don't have to treat and balance yourself. If you bring a container, you can pay cents per gallon. They also offer water testing, so bring a sample of your own water while you're at it. It's cool to just look around the store too. I started and kept a small aquarium. I purchased a vigorously active male betta from them. The bettas are kept in clean containers at the store, but I have never seen another betta as energetic as that one. I purchased water treatments, medicines, and live plants at the store too. I don't think the live plants are free from snails. My aquarium soon had a nice population going. There are ways to get rid of the snail eggs before you put them in the tank, so definitely do that.

Truly feel like these people only care about how much money you spend in store and the owner absolutely refuses to admit any flaws in some of the staff there I wouldn't go buying an expensive salt water fish here we spend over 100.00$ on a Rabbit fish from this store for him to die in 3 weeks had our water tested by them said everything looked great and they cant really tell us what happened all of my fish water and anything in the tank has come from this store I think we will be looking for a new place to buy our fish from a place that values your money and time and takes ownership for selling you a sick fish also if you're not an expert on fish just ask Steve himself! he will gladly tell you how like he told us oh well out a fish and money the owner does not care and no wonder they don't offer any type of guarantee

This has got to be the coolest Aquarium/Pet store that I've ever been to! The HUGE display tank in the middle of the room is filled with some of the coolest and most beautiful fish that I've ever seen! You can tell that the fish are as heathery as can be because there are many large ones that clearly have been well taken care of. The section with fish that you can purchase is quite large with a wide variety of both fresh and salt water fish. Plus they sell tons of plants, snails, crabs and other fun creatures/things for your tanks! I can't wait to come back again soon!

We bought our first salt water fish tank from here along with many fish and corals. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been a regular customer here for several years now but all of that is changing as of now…read morebecause of the extremely poor customer service. First I had purchased a reel from here that took months to get figured out due to no one having "authority" to do anything about. I just recently had gotten a rod and reel combo for father's day as well. While catfishing at Fort Gibson, a spoonbill must have gotten snagged on my line and long story short my pole broke into pieces before I could do anything. These poles according to the manufacturer are rated for catfishing, pier, and surf fishing. These poles come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty on top of being told at the store that if I had any problems to just bring the item back. My wife brought what was left of the pole ( rest fell in the water) and tried to exchange it (Saturday) which my neighbor across the street had just done recently because of the exact same issue with the same combo. She was told it would not be until Monday that the owner would have to come in and look at it to make a decision. So I went up there myself on Sunday and Joann the owner was there. I explained what happened and was told that my pole had been abused and that my wife was extremely hateful with them. First off, I take VERY good care of all of my fishing equipment so any "abuse" would have been while it stayed the night at their at the shop. When I went in and began to explain, she was the one who began to get hateful with me. At first she told me to take the reel off and purchase a new rod. I was told they no longer carry this (fin chaser) combo anymore and was told that there is no 1 year warranty. I found it funny that they stopped carrying this pole after the first one broke and my friend had to exchange his as well. After she tried to argue with me about it a bit she said, "I'm tired of this, come pick another pole." I received another pole after being treated like I was lying about my situation and with terrible customer service. This was a huge disappointment as I had no problems here before as my friend and I would stop by almost every weekend to pick up bait and tackle. This is the first time I had ever purchased a pole from them and it will be the last. After this incident however I would advise anyone who is thinking of making a purchase here for anything other than bait, be careful because the "policies" change so often. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service here. What happened to the customer is always right? I had I know for myself and the people I go fishing with regularly will be taking our business elsewhere due to all of the difficulty we have run into at this location. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Unbeknownst to me, this attraction focuses on Oklahoma's aquatic life AND native wildlife. I thought it was just an aquarium, so I was surprised to see river otters, snakes, spiders and even a bobcat and coyote! We even saw Madagascar hissing cockroaches! I wasn't expecting to see all these other creatures at all, so it was a nice surprise. The butterfly exhibit was closed during my visit. Regarding the quails, we could either hand feed them or throw food in their direction. The staff said they'll come right up to us. They didn't. Other people in the enclosure had no luck either. There were walking trails outside of the main building, so wear comfortable clothing, footwear and bring sun protection. Admission: $12 per adult (with military discount) $12 per Youth (6-12 years old) Quail food: $1 Note: There is a credit card surcharge! 69 photos/vids should be included, although I'm pretty sure Yelp won't post them all with my review.

These guys seem to enjoy their job and it shows.
