Obviously the long haired freaky people working there have no clue about the products they sell! My original broke snd I went there to get a replacement as this is where I purchased it originally, Freaky dude told me VooPoo was no longer producing the device I had - BOLD FACE LIE - I went to another shop who just ordered them!! Freaky dude told me the VooPoo Drag E60 was the same so I purchased two - IT IS NOT!! The charge on the device doesn't last an hour, the tank is smaller, and the damn thing leaks!! I went in today with the second one which was never opened and Freaky dude said they do not accept returns or give refunds!!! The morons working there misinform you about the products and then you're screwed and stuck with a BS product!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initially ordered a puffco pro online and went into the store to see if it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told "we can't do anything about it no more" and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly. read more
