After I informed them I already paid my co-pay, I was then told that my equipment was on a rent to own contract and I would have to pay $40 per month for 10 months. I was never told anything about this arrangement until 5 MONTHS AFTER I RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT! I scoured my paperwork and couldn't find any thing that indicated these terms. I then called the office again and a rather rude person told me that this was my problem because as a consumer I should be aware of things like this. Funny, as a business and as a provider, I would have thought that you would be required to tell me exactly what the arrangements are instead of sliding them in after I have been using the equipment for 5 months. I asked her to please send me the paperwork that indicates this arrangement and what I received was the paperwork that I already had that said nothing about a rent to own arrangement.
