I can't give this a five star because although I enjoyed the lazy river I did not like the amount of additional people who joined the lazy river without tubes causing additional traffic. Absolutely disappointing - save your money! We visited Wet 'n' Wild in Brampton on a Wednesday and had one of the worst amusement park experiences we've ever had. Rides kept randomly closing throughout the day with little to no explanation, which created massive lineups for the few that were still open. Staff admitted they were understaffed, yet we saw employees wandering around unsure of what to do. The atmosphere felt unsettling - police are now patrolling the park regularly after a recent violent incident. The manager/supervisor at guest services showed zero empathy, wasn't even dressed in professional attire, and came across as completely incompetent. Food service was a joke -- they were sold out of ice cream, Dippin' Dots, and even certain Slurpee sizes. For a family of four, we spent over $200 just to get in, plus $25 for parking, and walked away feeling ripped off. Bottom line: poorly run, unsafe vibe, overpriced, and not worth the money. We will never go back, and I strongly suggest you don't either. read more

Wet'nWild has come a long way since they renovated! We went on a beautiful Wednesday in August. Entering the park was simple, a quick scan of the bar codes on my phone, we pre-purchased our tickets online.(ensure to use the official website) The grounds were spacious and kept clean for the most part. The water temperature was refreshing and to be honest, did not mind it being on the cooler side. Locker rentals were conveniently located. Food options were decent and as one would expect, a little pricey. Plenty of lounge chairs are available throughout. Slides were fun and offer a great variety from tubes, to carpets and simple slides. The only thing I slightly disliked was that this place is generally chaotic. I tried to chill in the lazy river, but even that was loco in my opinion. read more

I have been to Wet 'n Wild when it was Wild Water Kingdom prior to the rebrand which was over 15 years ago! I came back today with my daughters and have to say the place is like it was originally pretty dated with no renovations. The wave pool had so much little bumps I scratched my legs and foot several time! The surface is not smooth at all. The park hours are 11am-7pm. Come early!! This way you can get parking close to the entrance and it takes time for them to check your bags. You can't bring outside food or drinks. But you can bring in water bottles or reusable water bottles. We got there on a super hot weekend at 10:30am and it was already super packed. You still have to line up since they don't open the gate until 11am on the dot. Washroom: This had its own category because the washrooms are so disgusting! We got there right when it opened at 11am and all the washroom stalls you can tell was not cleaned at all. None of them were flushed and it was so gross. The Chang rooms were also also disgusting! One of the sink had vomit in it and was not taken care of. Rides: The rides was pretty disorganized. One ride we waited over an hour since there was only one lady minding 2 slides. The lazy river was packed . There was no order on how you get a tube for the river. It was so chaotic! The water itself was a bit murky in the pool, lazy river and wave pool. I try not to think about it being the germaphobe. Makes me wonder if it's ever cleaned. I make sure I took a full bath when I got home to wash it all off. The wave pool was pretty cool with large waves. Food: Lots of variety but very basic. You have your pizza, hot dog, hamburgers and fries. There's also a Subway Sandwich kiosk. Our popcorn chicken and fries took 30 mins and still came out cold! It must have been sitting there for awhile. They do have a Beaver tail place. My fav! For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a fried piece of dough with toppings on it. We got the one with the hazelnut spread, so good! Specials: 1. You can buy a one day pass and upgrade for $5 more a season pass for the rest of the season. 2. You can buy a refillable cup for $10 with a beverage in it and the refill is only $1.99 for the rest of the season. 3. You can buy a tub of popcorn for $10 and get $3 refills for the rest of the season. 4. You can get a icee for $12 and get $5 refill for the rest of the season. Tips: 1. Lockers starts at $15 for rental. What I would do is get a waterproof bag that goes around your neck for rides so you can put your phone, keys and credit card in it so you can carry it every where on rides so you don't have to rent a locker. 2. Go early to get a lounge chair. 3. Pre buy parking online to save $5 extra. 4. They take Apple Pay so you don't need your credit card if you have Apple Pay on your phone. It was a nice and super large water park. A bit disappointed that for the amount they charge They can't renovate the place or hire more people to clean the water and washrooms. read more

Kids had a good time until the afternoon. Lifeguards too busy talking let too many kids down the purple slide and before my kids got to the bottom they were sending more kids down and one took my 2 year olds legs out an he fell back and smashed his head. Lifeguards continued to keep talking not even checking on the kids. I Asked if we should fill out an incident report...lifeguard just gave me a dirty look and continued talking about plans after work. Can you say lawsuit in the near future...apparently safety isn't much of a priority. read more

Took the whole department there... as there is not better place to go on a sunny hot day. The park is great as its all new with quite a few selection of rides. I loved the ride which drops you standing. Hence, rides alone would have given it a 5 star... But it gets costly...We went with groups of 15 or more Pre-Purchased Advanced Tickets option, where you can order tickets online and pay only $28.95 + HST per ticket. Then you still have to pay for parking at $ 13.27 + HST. Group Meal Deals may also be purchased in advance for $11.95 +HST but the entire park food places ran out of fries, onion rings on a week day. Also, the lockers were $15 for the smallest ones. Hence, it was quite expensive but rides were fun. read more

New slides at Wet N Wild Toronto! We went today and purchased our seasons passes. We opted for the Season Pass meal deal, too. The park wasn't yet open to swimming or sliding, so we went to the food court, where we could see most of the park. Many of the slides which were part of Wild Water Kingdom have been upgraded, and there are many new slides, including ones by the entrance (in this picture). The very steep and straight speed slides of yore (White Lightning and The Cliff) are gone. There are new kids slides and the kiddie area near the food court is all new. From where we were we couldn't tell if the old "green" slides have been rebuilt or merely painted. Mini golf is gone (yay) though the zip lines are still there. Everyone is doing their job for the first time, and so they're just figuring out how it all works. Much of the park is not yet paved, and we could observe workers installing the lockers. The change rooms look new! I think we're most excited to not have to go to the stinky old ones! We found the Facebook page was more accurate about details than the website. Whether the park will open next weekend (June 17-18, 2017) is still to be seen. Fingers crossed! read more

After not having been to a water park in about 20 years, I decided to go, and I'm glad I did. The rides were fun. There's a variety of rides, based on how much of an adrenaline junkie someone is, from the very tame, to daredevil-level. There are about 12-13 rides in all. The only 2 things I didn't like about it are: 1. The pricing - they gouge you at every corner. Parking is $15, and to rent a locker for the day is also $15 2. The wait times are crazy. For almost every ride we went on, we had to wait 20-40 minutes for a 20-30 second ride. However, overall, I would still go here again, just because I enjoyed the slides so much. read more

I got the season passes and went with the kids yesterday. the park is great. The water is a little cold in the babies pool, and the floor in some pools are a little rough if you walk in barefoot. We found a Groupon deal for Wet n Wild, so we decided to try it out. The Groupon deal was $64 for two tickets plus parking, but you have to pay for tax when you get there. Also, the lockers were $15 for the smallest one. For two of us, the locker was big enough to store our towels and clothes. We didn't have food inside because the reviews talked about how expensive it was, but there are couple picnic tables just outside the entrance. The water park itself was actually nicer than expected. We went on a somewhat windy day though, so we felt kinda cold especially since the water was pretty cold for most of the rides. There's a decent size kids area, with small slides and such which could be really fun for the kids. For adults and older kids, there are many selections of slides. Our favourite one was the slide where you get dropped as the floor opens up (the water was also warm for that ride). read more

Swimming pool has been closed for two years before and was closed yesterday. Junior area was closed. So you are paying for the partial functioning of the park. Eat before you come and leave to eat somewhere else as the food is more expensive than Canada's Wonderland. Chicken burger was smaller than your fist and you are paying $15 plus taxes. Washrooms had no soap in the soap dispensers - obviously not being checked on or cleaned. They were disgusting! Staff were apathetic and cold. I had to speak to 5 different people just to get my season's pass that I already processed online to avoid this debacle. Staff were poorly trained and obviously they did not hire customer-centric people. read more

Good friend mine got scammed at ticket boot when they were hard selling their Primium Pass. We have previously purchased Splash Pass on website before Park's grand opening. They kept telling us to upgrade in person, so my friend thought it was a better deal and do it for the seasonal parking package. When asked ticket boot 2 times what is the total differences, and they could not give us a full amount. Kept asking them, and the information were just bits and pieces. 2 ticket personale and a manager could not even give us a clear answer. The whole changing process took over an hour. At that point my friend thought, if anything goes wrong, we can just call guest service and have them fix it. The park closed at 2pm on Saturday 12JUNE22, she didn't get to come in until 12:30pm. Needless to say, when we got home and punch in some numbers. They over charged us. And when email was send to guest service, they did not even apologize for the inconvinients. Then told us the price offering online are online only. It's a total scam: 1. They can't even give you full information, at the time they didn't tell us the price they are charging at the door is higher than online. What we see is not what we'll get. 2. The pass is double the price as the gold, with less "Perks". 3. There are no where online, in person that says the price is only offer from online. Which that's what Guest Service telling my friend that it is facts that in person charges more when they communicate through email. At this point she just ate the w.e over price they wanted to charge. My advice, do not get the premium pass, it's not worth it. Especially for only few rides. read more

I had one of the worst times of my life working in the aquatics deparment last summer there. They would overwork you, and the salary paid was barely above minimum wage, for people who have aquatics qualifictions! For instance, City of Brampton pays its aquatuc staff $17 an hour, and other places pay around 17 an hour BUT NOT wet n wild. There park is very dirty, and they do not filter out the water NOT ONCE in the season. Here is the worst part people. Some of the good reviews are faked employees, I too was asked to do this last summer. I know that the manager will respond saying that this review is fraudulent and all the information is false, but I know what I just said is a very typical employee experience in the aquatics deparment.(Note, that is not my actual name, I prefer to hide my true identity!) read more

Came during a weekday, before the park opened; got in as soon as the doors opened. My 2 year old son wanted to go in the Lazy River so we got a tube, no one had been in it yet. The moment we got in, it was apparent it hadn't been cleaned possibly EVER. We were floating next to numerous plastic chip bags, candy containers, numerous DISCARDED BANDAIDS (we saw 3 within minutes of starting to float). and something that looked like a used condom under the water hit my leg! Not sure what that was. Hopefully not what it looked like. There was also a lot of half-decaying leaf debris and grime right on the water. I've never seen anything like it. SO GROSS. Keeping in mind that the park had just opened for the day, clearly this had been there for at least a day or even more. Likely longer. We got out as soon as we could at the next exit of the lazy river. Went to the wave pool. Again, discarded napkins floating beneath the water, half dissolved, and remnants of potato chip and candy-wrapper bags floating with us in the water! + more unidentifiable grimy other things. I've never in my life seen a water park this filthy. We got season passes this year hoping it would be a nice place to revisit, but I don't think we'll ever be back. I'm still so grossed out just thinking about the bandaids in the pools! And the condom-thing? Good lord... ugh. read more

Vey nice place BUT we couldn't go in because it closes to early,and it's EXTREMELY pricey. You need to pay for parking and you need to pay 45$ online or 54$ in person . parking is 15$ and food is a big no to. Its summer and no better place to be than a water park. It looks like they are sinking a ton of money into the renovations. I cant wait until its all done. The water park hosted an awesome charity event with Yelp yesterday to show whats in store for 2017. Although there was still a bit of construction going on, it looks like they are getting near completion. I have a feeling that this place will be one of the top attractions in the GTA once its all done. Lots of places to play and just as many to relax. The food was great and they showed us they can accommodate a large group quite easily. We had the best night in a long time here. Next time, the kids will be with me, and we will test every slide they have. Excellent hospitality. I cant wait to return. read more

I purchased the bronze seasons pass which included 10% off food and other merchandise. I had celebrated my son's birthday there and had purchased over 10 seasons passes for my family. the day of his birthday I preloaded $150 to my wristband and ordered one large pizza ($30) & 3 hamburger combo ($49)..let's say $80 that day. The next visit to wet and wild i tried to purchase popcorn with my preloaded wristband. The lady at the bar said my wristband had no money!? so, I went to another bar and they said the same. I asked to speak with the manager. Manger took my wristband and said she'D look into it. No calls, emails were returned. finally after weeks of wasting my time another manger told me unfortunately they had no trace of the money so they couldn't do anything about it. poor Costner service and I'll never recommend or purchase another seasons pass. bottom line don't preload your wristband!!! read more

Wet'n'wild Toronto was very disappointing. We didn't go in with very high hopes, but expected better for a day of water slides and the like. We went on a Wednesday and there wasn't a huge line when we walked in. We got there about 20 mins before they opened, but the line never got much longer. From what we could see the line never got to long at all. The rides were geared toward kids and had that childlike feel. Nothing was too over the top or exciting. The best ride was the tunnel ride which are always my favorite, but the rest fell flat. They had one ride which was like a cannon ball which was different, but not very exciting. I just got water in my nose. The lockers were overpriced, but were a decent size. The small ones relatively big and unless you come as a huge group it should be enough. Overall, I would not plan on coming here unless you have children. This is a fun waterpark for kids, but fell rather flat for adults who are thrill seekers. read more

Staff was friendly and highly safety-conscious. The park was very clean, and lots of great attractions for all ages. Unfortunately mid-day, it rained and all attractions were shut down for some time even after it has cleared up and the sun was shining. No staff members seemed to be able to answer exactly what the policy was (some said slides and pools would reopen immediately when it stopped raining, others said 30 minutes after lightening was last seen, others said they had no idea, they would just reopen attractions when management told them to) this it made it difficult to decide whether to stay or leave. The park did offer free tickets for a return visit, which is greatly appreciated. Even though it took about 45 minutes for the ticket printer to be fixed while we waited in line. A heads up, this can be an expensive day out for families. Parking is $15, the smallest locker size available is $15, a single Subway sub came to $16. You are allowed to bring in bottled water but no other outside food. I would recommend packing a cooler in your car, as there is in and out privileges with a stamp. read more

First time back here since closure and renos. Quite impressed. Pool temperatures were good. Lots to keep everyone entertained. Food prices weren't horrendous and food was decent (ordered fingers and fries, beach burger, hot dog). Will definitely get season passes next summer. Really do wish they would allow some food/snacks in - we always snack on fruit and veggies when we do an outing. Having to go back to the car in order do so was a bit of a pain. read more

My first visit half the slides were closed but the price was still the same , the new slides are super fun but they weigh you if you want to go on a double tube with someone and i find it not hygienic that they allow people to go on the slides in their street clothes, bathing attire is not enforced . All rides way too slow: for example waiting 20 minutes for a twenty second ride is down right stupid. Also, open up all the slides- hire more staff if that's what it takes, keeping two of the four slides closed only pisses off people. I am really not the type to rant publicly but this was a huge disappointment in every way. I was excited to bring visiting family members there for a first time. Being a beautiful day we expected to line up for the attractions but after being there for 6 hours we managed to get on 3 rides only. Worst part was thinking we'd grab a bite and try to get at least one or two more rides in before the end of day BUT we were very wrong. We found a food venue with the least amount of people (about 12) ahead of us but somehow we had to wait one full hour for our order to be taken and then 10 min more to actually get the food and drinks. By the time we actually ate we had less than an hour before we had to leave so it was a three ride day!! When I asked to speak to a manager I got a gentleman who was complacent and somewhat dismissive. He offered discount coupons for our next visit... I declined stating there wouldn't likely be a next visit. I suggested that things be monitored to improve service and avoid customer frustration. (Because we weren't the only ones who were unhappy with the experience). Seriously, don't go if you're expecting lots of rides, quick food service or concerned management. read more

Ride height restrictions for kids slides was disappointing for my 8 year old daughter. She was not ready for the larger slides but too tall for the ones she really wanted to go on. She enjoyed the wave pool but the floor was rough and cut the top of her foot. We also liked the lazy river but it was crowded. Some pools were very cold like coconut cove. read more

Overall we were very impressed with the renos done to this water park. We had intentions to go during the week however the weather didn't seem to want to cooperate so we ended up going on a Saturday afternoon. While it was busy, it wasn't insane and other park guests were patient and courteous making things move along at a fair pace. Food line ups were not huge either but big enough and beyond slow (several people commented on this). But food prices weren't exorbitant for an amusement park. And yes, the lifeguards and kiosks are all managed by "kids," aka teenagers, all of them seemed alert and take their roles seriously. I didn't see any slacking off during my time there. So overall, a good bang for your buck (I got our passes on a Groupon). All three of my kids loved it and we will definitely be purchasing a season pass next year! read more
