Came with my family and it was our first time visiting. This indoor waterpark is huge with so many different slides - perfect for any age. There's 3 big pools. We spent at least 5 hrs here. There are lockers you can rent, prices vary depending on size and it's quite pricey in my opinion. There are tables and chairs inside the waterpark so you can consider just leaving your belongings there which many people do. One of the downside is they only have 2 showers in the women's changeroom - it was lucky that we didn't need to wait because we left earlier than the rest of the crowd before they close. For such a big waterpark they should consider having more showers available. But overall, my family and I had a great time and we would consider returning again. read more

A daylight robbery for a few bucks. I bought a Hot Dog Combo ($8.99) which includes fries, and paid $4.49 to upgrade to poutine, as stated on the menu. Yet I was still charged an extra $3.49 for Small Fries. When I asked about the charge, Staff said the $4.49 was "for cheese" in the poutine, which is clearly not true. the menu clearly lists Upgrade to Poutine = $4.49. It may be a small amount, but it felt like a rip-off. read more

We enjoyed our time here. Was it the best indoor waterpark? No, but it was enjoyable for me and the kids. A big recommendation would be to make advance reservations online. You can get some significant savings versus showing up and buying tickets upon arrival. The changing rooms are tiny, and there are just 2 showers which can be very challenging given the massive crowds this place attracts. The waterslides are fun, but staff is a little odd and doesn't do a good job at managing the lines. The facilities include a wave pool, an adults area with hot tubs, a big playpen with slides and obstacle courses, waterslides and a big splashpad with water features. There is also a restaurant where you can order fairly standard mediocre pool food like pizza, cheeseburgers, and overpriced desserts like freeze pops, ice cream sandwiches, etc. They do make some great cocktails! My partner had their Pina Colada's and i was impressed that they actually made them by hand with a blender. They also offer beer. Overall, it was a nice day out with the family. But a little pricey and not quite at the quality of many other indoor waterparks. But if you have little swimmers, they'll love it! read more

We are waterpark people. This is on the smaller side for us but it still has enough to do for the day. We rented a cabana for 'home base'. There was water and towels and various seating arrangements along with a lock & key for valuables. My kids are 13yr old twin boys. They enjoyed the slides. My partner and I visited this waterpark as two adults without children, so this review is most relevant for others considering a visit without kids. Tickets are sold for full-day access. Since we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we were kindly offered return admission on Monday until 3 PM, which was a nice bonus. On Sunday, the park was quite busy--especially the slides. We skipped the racing slides due to a wait time of over 15 minutes. For most other attractions, the lines ranged from 5 to 15 minutes. The longest wait was for the Vortex slide, which features a large bowl element near the bottom. This park is clearly geared more toward children. The wave pool is relatively small but produces solid waves when in operation. Otherwise, it's a shallow pool. As adults, we actually spent more time in the hot tubs than in the wave pool. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shallow pool--it had plenty of space for relaxing and tanning. Overall, I'd say this is a decent place for adults to spend a few hours. We managed to go on all the non-racing slides within about an hour. Even for adults, the slides were surprisingly fun--fast, and even a little scary at times. That said, with the longer wait times, standing at the top of the platform looking down can feel more intimidating than the actual ride itself! read more

My kids really enjoy water parks and this one was no exception. There are a lot of water slides that were able to keep my 11 and 9 year old busy for a few hours. The staff seemed friendly but most were really young (teenagers), and were helpful when needed. The park itself seemed pretty clean but certainly could use an update. Seating is cramped and probably felt more.cramoed than an outside water park because it's enclosed. The water temperature was good and the air temperature was Caribbean like. The food options were limited to burgers and fries that didn't look too appetizing. I had a margarita which tasted good but was expensive. Overall I'd return because my children really enjoy themselves and on a winter day in Canada there aren't many other options for a day to play in the water. read more

Terrible experience. My elderly mother was denied entry unfairly despite not swimming. My 7-year-old son was left cold & alone due to staff's rude and humiliating behavior. The ac had broke before we checked in and the front desk never mentioned it (after we had asked and they confirmed it broke with promises it would be fixed that night, it was still blazing hot). The room also smelt terrible like either human or animal feces. Our neighbors (which were people we came with) had a hole in the roof that was leaking down all water used by the people above them. Fun indoor waterpark to go with young kids! Mine are 1- & 3-years-old, and it's already their third time there. Yes, we've been to Great Wolf Lodge, but Fallsview Waterpark is a cheaper alternative. Adult tickets are $30 if you buy them at Costco ($20 if you have a friend who has a Niagara Falls address and ID) and kids under 3 are free. The toddler splash pad area is relatively small with a couple of small slides, water spewing hoses, etc. The climbing structure is fun with slides that allow children of different heights to go on. My 3 year old can only go on 3 of the small slides, but she has more fun climbing all over the place. The huge bucket dumps over probably every 20 minutes, that's always fun to watch/run away from. There are 2 super hot hot tubs for the adults and a bunch of large slides (body slides and tube slides). I went on a couple tube slides and they were ok, lines weren't that long the few times we went. They do provide towels and you can rent lockers, though we always keep our valuables in the car and only bring our cellphone and a bit of cash into the park with us. There is a fast food place, think $10 for a combo ($4 fries). There's a dry play structure for kids who are tired of getting pruney fingers and toes. Parking is $40/day - but I always make sure I have a free parking on my casino player's advantage card (as the waterpark is on the top level of the casino parkade). It's not pricey like Great Wolf Lodge and my little kids always have a blast whenever we go. It's a nice escape during these cold winter months. read more

The park itself is "okay". Nothing great and nothing awful about it. I do however, put a strong advisory about the food. It's overpriced and not good quality. The pictures on their menu is not reality. The veggie cup is 4 baby carrots and 4 celery sticks. The meat does not look right. It was not edible. 2019-02-18 & 19. Fallsview Indoor waterpark is one of the many attractions in the Niagara Wine country. A four acre footprint sits atop of Casino Niagara's parking structure. There are three hotels adjoining and directly accessible without going outside, so in this sense it's similar to Great Wolf Lodge, just smaller. Four stories of glass on three sides allow for plenty of natural light in. At night, the place is lit up with flood lamps. Unlike Monopoly, there's no free parking here. There's plenty of paid parking, and some hotels offer free parking if you're a guest. Admission varies depending on season and holidays. Peak prices are $52pp. Children 2 and under are free. Here are no children or senior rates. If you do partake in the waterpark, I suggest you look for deals online. There are waterpark deals with the adjoining hotels I mentioned which are totally worth it. Like all other waterpark resorts, passes are valid from the day you check-in to the day you check-out, so a one night package gives you access for two days. The waterpark consists of 8 slides. Four of them are tube slides, 2 mat slides, and 2 body slides. The tube slides can be ridden in singles or pairs. The mat and body are single riders only. Some of these rides are restricted to +54". There is also a wave pool, and a giant kids structure they call the Beach House; fully equipped with water guns, tipping cones, 8 additional water slides for the kiddies or adults that are less adventurous, and the giant bucket that tips every 5 minutes or so. There are also a couple of hot tubs (16+ yrs) that seats 8-10 each comfortably, and a tots area. Lastly there is a heated outdoor pool where the teens usually hang. The pool is equipped with basketball hoops. This was closed today due to the amount of ice in the rafters overhead. Lockers and private cabanas are also available for rent. There is a snack bar on the main floor, and a bar located on the upper deck. Also on the upper deck is a jungle gym for the kids that they call the Beach House Playground. You don't have to be dry to play on this structure. Lifeguards monitor the entire place and do a great job at being attentive. Keep in mind this is an indoor family waterpark. If it's thrill rides you're looking for, this is probably not the place. My favorite ride was the body slide, the one that is not covered. It's nothing but a small drop, but if you lie nice and tight, you may pick up enough speed to catch some air before the drop! Overall a fun outing if you have kids, especially if they're at least 54". Stick with the packages, comparatively, they offer great value. 3 stars for Fallsview waterpark +1 for the value in packages they offer, 4 stars overall. The waterpark is great for the whole family. There's a wave pool with scheduled waves, a baby play area a step up to your local splash pad a structured play for small kids and waterslides for the older kids and adults and 2 hot tubes for adults. It's huge and you can definitely spend the whole day there.  There's a cafe inside the waterpark, however, the food is pricey and quite slow. There's a balcony for the cabanas, a play structure and a bar with some table and chairs where you can eat.  The washroom and change room was clean and there are staffs which constantly keeps cleaning and mopping the floors. When we went one of the showers were broken so there's quite a line up with only 1 working shower in the ladies' change room. read more

Took daughter here on a trip to Niagara Falls. I was very disappointed. We came on a Sunday, and it was crowded. When you enter the reception area, there are lockers to your left. You can rent a locker to keep your belongings ( coats, shoes etc) or you can save yourself the $10 rental fee and leave your coat in the locker room, and put your shoes on top of the paid lockers like I saw many families do. This shouldn't be allowed, what the purpose of renting a locker then? The park is large in size but much of that space is taken up by seating areas. The slides are ok, but the lines are crazy long and the entire system is very disorganized. There are high schoolers running the place, so many things are overlooked. Also, the infrastructure itself needs cleaning and updating, there is a section by the cafe where the rubber on her floor is falling apart so walking on it feels like walking on gravel. The biggest disappointed was the wave pool. The waves were very small and not enough to enjoy. During the short time we were there they closed the wave pool down twice because of fouling, yes fouling is fecal matter in the water. That's pretty disgusting. Overall I would not visit this park again, once was one too many. read more

It's a giant water park on top of a hotel. Came here for good Friday. Best way for me to put up my review is to separate in categories. 1. Water Park itself - It's huge. It's alot if water and yes it is fun with different areas for every ages, infants to seniors. There is a section in the middle that's their wave pool. It's definitely enjoyable for the children. There's also a section with their giant slides to the right. And a little water park jungle gym with small slides for toddlers. There's also tonnes of beach chairs thats surrounding the entire place. I did enjoy it for sure, however, one would expect water slides to finish in a giant pool. That is not the case here. The wave pool. And some sections where the force of the water has strong impact on their flooring, is peeling off. And the floor lining of the wave pool, is also rolled and lifting off and very noticeable for swimmers. In other words, the place needs a renovations. 2- Cafeteria. - Super Slow. It looked like they were not prepared to serve tonnes of people. And my biggest issue, I ordered a SINGLE CHEESEBURGER Combo, since it was only $6.99. I specifically said SINGLE CHEESEBURGER multiple times. Yet, I got charged $10.99 for a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER without being told. To me that was sneaky. Like super sneaky like the TOURIST TAX of Niagara Falls. 3- Reception Desk, - in this day and age, people are moving into ordering their tickets online while on route. Why is it that when we get to the front desk, we were told that they can not scan online tickets? We were given the option to either go search for a printer at the main lobby of the Crowne plaza hotel OR pay $6 for printing fee. I can understand if you can't scan, but why couldn't your front desk person manually punch in the codes for the ticket? Another cash grab? Yup! That's my review of this place. It was our first visit to the waterpark and we were welcomed by a beady-eyed portly man with thinning sandy brown hair, and a belt that was tied a couple notches too tight, who proceeded to rattle off responses to our inquiries, as if he had a string in his back, and you pulled the cord. One of those responses was to berate us for not purchasing our tickets online. We had seen an advertisement for a particular price, and when we asked him about it, he laughed at us as if we were stupid and said, "well, maybe if you had booked months in advance, you could get that price..." the price he quoted us for that day was more than triple what we had seen. What a bait and switch!! We decided to step aside and talk about it because we had come all the way from Toronto specifically for this particular attraction. It was during this time that we heard him pull the rip cord on a few more responses with other guests, and he explained something to someone else he failed to mention to us, which was if you purchased your tickets online there was a significant difference in the price. After giving it some thought, we decided to go to the keg for dinner instead, which I highly recommend. The waterpark looked dirty, it was WAY over priced and operated by troglodytes. Took the family down to Niagara Falls during Easter weekend. The place was ok but nothing special. I prefer Great Wolf Lodge and Great Escape over this place. My son still had fun but kids always do. I found the water cold for an indoor water park and the outdoor pool was only heated sometimes. There were a few slides but I found them pretty tame and after going on them once or twice, I was pretty much done. No lazy river which was a bummer if all you wanted to do was relax. Wave pool had way too many people in it and it seemed like it took forever for the waves to start up. At one point I just gave up and left and went to do something else with my son. Very nice indoor waterpark right over the Rainbow bridge. My kids and I always have a great time here. We really enjoy the wave pool and the variety of slides. The lines might be long at times but they mover very fast. They also have a hot tub for the adults. The temperature inside the park is about 82 degrees and the water is always warm like you're on a tropical island minus the sand. It's definitely not cheap to visit but checkout groupon they have sweet deals on day passes that may even include a night at the Skyline hotel! There's a restaurant in the water park that serves fast food which was ok but the options are limited for vegans/vegetarians so make sure you pack some snacks. They also have Canadian beer, pina coladas & daiquiris (but you wont taste the alcohol lol). The restaurant also has a play area with slides for the kids to keep them busy while you wait for your food. I don't recommend parking in the garage they charge $40! There's a parking lot across the street right next to the Skyline hotel that cost $5. Overall this is a fun waterpark and I highly recommend it. read more

This exceeded my expectation. Maybe because my expectation was not high to begin with. We always go to Greatwolf Lodge during summer and our experience has always been exhaustingly fun.This year, we decided to stay closer to the falls to avoid the hasssle of finding parking when we're at Clifton Hill. Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is much cheaper than Greatwolf so I thought that quality (cleanliness, attractions/slides) was poor. Boy I was wrong. The place is much smaller than Greatwolf which means it's easier to manage kids. The wave pool is smaller and the attractions are pretty basic tube + mat rides. But I found the line up to the attraction much smaller though. I also like the location - it is close to Clifton Hill. There is a Planet Hollywood inside that serves bland food (really bland). Bring extra spices if you want delish sandwiches. But hey, it's convenient not to bring food with you. My experience has been great so far and we will come back in a month (I'm a great uncle). The Awful: Do not eat at the Planet Hollywood Beach Club. The food was horrible. I never ask for my money back but I could not eat the Cheeseburger as it was so greasy and cold. The French fries were also stone cold. The servers seemed irritated at the return and did not even say sorry for the crappy meal. You are stuck because you are not allowed to bring your own food. Sure - their 'Tidal Wave Pool' was pretty bogus compared to what we have here in NJ at Hurricane Harbor and Action Park but the waterslides were all a lot of fun and for me it was crazy to see my one kid who was always nervous finally come out of his shell and start to rock everything by himself and have a blast. (Bonus: you haven't lived until you see Muslim women completely covered up going down the kiddie waterslides or hanging out in the shallow end of the pool and letting the buckets of water spill over them!) read more

Pros - If you go there as it opens, it not that busy for a few hours. Lots of room for the kids to play. The wait lines to use the slides/tubes are practically non-existent. - Attractions were a hit for my kid. Water could have been a little warmer though, especially for the jungle house. Tiny area for the toddlers out back, was useful. - The heated spa was niiiiiiice. But what's up putting the button to re-start it 50 feet away from it? Cons - I could see the complaints from others about it being busy, it definitely got busy by noon. - It's pretty expensive for what it is. - No waves in the wave pool after 2 hours. - Too many lawn chairs, making up too many spaces and lots of "towels" reserving for premier seats. - We didn't bother with the food since the pictures & reviews prior to visiting left it a lot to be desired. We would have liked to have stayed longer but we were hungry and we definitely wanted to avoid the slop being provided here. All in all, a great experience for the 4 year old, very mediocre for me but the things you do as a parent. Not sure how this place can apply to your interest otherwise. You don't come here for the "ultimate" waterpark. This is a kid's attraction at a VERY commercial location (Niagara Falls). This activity keeps your kid busy on crappy weather days or to plug a hole in your schedule. Don't bother to drive here from GTA/US, there are far better options. read more

The slides are fun, as is the wave pool, but they allow far too many people in at once, which makes the Waterpark far, far too crowded. You end up waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get an inflatable tube to then stand in line for a further 20-30 minutes to go on a slide that lasts 30 seconds or so. If you don't want to stand ages in line, you can try the wave pool. That is, if you can find a spot that's actually free. There's so many people in there that you're constantly being bumped and barged. Would you like a sun lounger to relax on? Too bad, they're all taken. There's not enough to go round. Perhaps the outdoor pool with basketball hoops would appeal? Too bad, it's so crowded that unless you're over 6'5" or 250lbs it's not safe to go in. Particularly for younger children. Overall my family and I were disappointed with our experience here. So much so that even though we had a two day pass to the Waterpark, we hardly used it because it was too crowded to be any fun. read more

What a great place to spend quality time with the kids, lots of rides and very kid friendly location. Mind you, we are here on Thursday so it is not crazy busy yet busy enough to wait around. The cost is almost 40.00 per person which is expensive it it definitely does not live up to a beach resort in Miami but still a good time. The water slides are big and plentiful, the splash pool, regular pool, hot tubs. and other water features make it an enjoyable experience. My boyfriend really wanted to go here to just waste sometime lol. It was $140 for us to just get into the place and $12 to put our stuff away! It took us probably 25 minutes to get a locker because they apparently don't take debit. Once we got in it was so busy we didn't have anywhere to sit down, every chair was full, and you couldn't walk anywhere without someone running into you, it was shoulder to shoulder everywhere you went. The lines were so long for the slides (40 mins for one) so we decided not to go on them, the matt slides and body slides were a lot of fun tho and not very long there. There wasn't much to do there, slides, pool (which they closed right after we got there) and the water jungle gym (which we weren't allowed on) and to add onto it all you have to pay for towels there! We ended up leaving within 30 minutes. I think it's a nice place for very young children but americana is worth a look before this one! read more

After several visits to different water parks in the Niagara area as well as outside, Fallsview is worth visiting if you've never been to it. Afterwards, do go to others like Great Wolf Lodge. My kids enjoyed Great Wolf more. One star because of: - various delays and mechanical issues on the slides so didn't do much given the long lines - customer service - when we were getting tickets, the cashier didn't ask if we were hotel guests at either Sheraton or Crowne Plaza. Hotel guests get around $12 less per person compared to walk-ins - next day we went back to ask if they can help correct the overcharge. Their initial reaction is "no I cannot correct a past transaction" - when we pushed further for the correction, the person we talked to said she will try to call the hotel she didn't even ask for the receipt so how would she know how much to refund back? Since we have been here a couple of times, we will not come back here at least in the near future. We called the hotel directly and arranged for the refund read more

Indoor water park is CLOSED, but they are selling tickets for future dates, and when your purchased future date comes and the water park does not open, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION that it is closed. High-way robbery. $350+ for a family of 7, when the jacuzzis weren't working, the wave pool was underwhelmed at best, the facility was covered in rust, the outdoor deck was freezing and full of bugs, the lines for the slides were over 20 minutes long and lasted less than 15 seconds, the music was playing for all of 5 minutes during our stay, even the smallest of lockers (the size of a shoebox) cost $15, and the lifeguards looked like they were being forced to work there. Cannot stress enough how much of a rip-off this was. I am sorry that this had to be my first Yelp review but felt that if I could prevent someone else from having the same experience or worse it was my responsibility. No point in wasting your money here when you can drive 5 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge. Not to mention that parking is not included and the entire venue is in need of renovation. Overpriced and disappointing. Not sure how it got high ratings. Went right when it opened and was super crowded (like a can of sardines). We could not find one chair to put our towels on. We ended up putting our bag and towels on the floor along with many others. We are no strangers to water parks and this was by far the worse. Last summer, we were visiting my wife's family in Toronto. I had never been to Niagra Falls before, so we decided to do a package deal that included one night hotel stay and two day admission to the water park. At the time, our two boys were four and three. This was a very good choice for us. I was not expecting Niagra Falls to look like Orlando or some other tourist trap, but I guess it is what it is. We arrived in the early afternoon before we could check into the hotel. So, we got some lunch and made our way down to the Maid of the Mist dock. We got super wet on the boat, but it was a warm day so by the time we walked back to the hotel, we were all pretty hot. We decided to head to the water park. We got there and I took charge of the little one. At first he was a little bit timid because of the water dropping on him from above. However, once he went down the first slide in the kid area, he was hooked. I have movie clips of him going down the slide and then running as fast as his little legs will carry him back around to the steps. I think it is one of my favorite images of my kids. My wife and the older boy had a bit of an issue because when my wife was taking off his shoes, my son managed to head butt my wife in the mouth. It was an accident, but that did not stop the bleeding. She had to go get first aid, and my son was totally traumatized by the whole thing. Eventually, my wife stopped bleeding and went in the wave pool with my son. When I found them and heard the whole story, I took over with the older son and she took the younger. My older son and I went to the tube ride next. The line was pretty long, but nothing out of the ordinary for an amusement park. The ride itself was fun, but I encouraged my son to opt for other slides because of the line. We had a lot of fun on the smaller slides. My boys also had a lot of fun in the tot area squirting one another and just playing. After a few hours, the boys were tired so we packed up and went back to the hotel. I thought the park was pretty clean - as clean as a place like this can be. They had a little spin dryer in the locker room so we did not have to carry around soaking swim suits. The boys slept well that night. In the morning, we headed back to do it again. This time we did not have any accidents, so everyone had a good time. If you are in the area, I would recommend Fallsview Water Park for a few hours of fun with the kids. If you can get a hotel package with free admission to the park, it is a pretty good value. If we are ever in the neighborhood again, we will be back. read more

I went here on the long weekend with my wife, and her sister and husband (and a little niece). It was a nice change, and as fall as water parks go (which I haven't experience many) there was a definite fun factor. An assortment of slides are definitely entertaining, and the kid oriented water jungle gym kept the younger crowd in good spirits. There were however some things that stood out in my mind as game changers. 1) I could swear I saw a little nugget of a turd in the big wave pool. It was kid size, and likely emerged from one of the dozens of youngin's who were navigating the water with no real grasp of sphincter control. That was gross. 2) The hot tub is fine when the bubbles are raging, but then the bubbles stopped, and that's when I noticed that many of those tiny tiny white bubbles, weren't bubbles. They were flaked off skin cells. That was more gross. So those 2 things kind of tainted the day for me, even though I had fun on many of the slides. But not enough fun to want to add myself to sh!t and skin cell stew some time down the road. read more
