The entire parkette has always been clean the times I have visited. There is a trail that continues north beside a railway track and opens up into a large shaded woodland area. This part may or may not be part of the same parkette (I'm not sure of this). There is no free WiFi.  The parkette is wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms. No combo locks, they have improved here since their starting years. Discount for back to back games. Long: My group has done almost 30 escape rooms and we're looking for new places to try. One friend had been here when they first opened and wasn't overly impressed. The front area does not look finished, and makes you wonder of quality in the escape rooms. It still has that look of converted office ambiance and needs a makeover for sure! Game rooms: Loved it! Though this separated our group; we broke out with time to spare despite the difficulty level, which makes one want another puzzle to make it harder, or were we just good at this now? Loved the theme, story line and quality of puzzles, no more combo locks or markers on wall but really well thought out puzzles. Really liked each room with their unique challenges. Lighting was perfect, no need for flashlights, music was right for room themes and couldn't hear the ones next to you. If you need a cheat, you push the wall button that calls your cell phone. The employees were friendly enough and waiting when we broke out. They sell a few canned beverages and have an automated camera for group photos you can email yourself. The rooms were great, will go back to try the rest. The front foyer ambience needs to be improved somehow, I think they splurged the budget into the game rooms. So don't let that fool you.

Watch the prices: at the time they bill and if you need a refund don't fall for them telling you the machine doesn't give refunds. It takes credit cards it can refund through them.

Today we went to Lake Simcoe public beaches. But calling them "public" is a stretch. Local people…read morehave taken over the beaches, placing heavily armed police to guard the parking areas and not allowing anyone they don't recognize. The "public" parking was half full, and they let in people they recognized but not strangers. The police were nasty, very aggressive, and threatened us. When I stopped a few times on the shoulders and entered one of their members-only parking lots to let my daughter use the washroom, they sent a police trooper in a vehicle to escort us from Simcoe County. This is the first time I was afraid for my life in Canada. Worse, this is funded by our tax money to defend public property from the public.

They have a golf store inside with a decent amount of merchandise, a large locker area, about four bathrooms and a main room. The main room is decent in size, Id estimate about 20 tables with 6 chairs each. Dance floor towards the back of the room, which backs onto the golf course. Has a little patio as well. The food was actually pretty good for a golf course. I enjoyed the chicken and dessert (cheesecake in a phylo pastry). Overall pretty nice, haven't golfed at this location so can't really comment on that aspect.
