Around 4 pm I could see them on the map a few miles away then I was informed that due to "dangerous weather conditions" my package would not arrive until the next day. What dangerous weather conditions? There wasn't a cloud in the sky, but giving the benefit of a doubt, I checked my weather app and three others including the NWS. Not only were conditions fine, there was zero % chance of rain. I immediately called their service line and was told they could do nothing. I asked for a supervisor, who did verify the driver had not been authorized to use the weather as an excuse as there wasn't no bad weather and would be talked to when he got back. She tried to get him to drop my package off anyway but said the vehicle was already off line so I had to take ANOTHER DAY out of my time to wait. I did get my package today, damaged, might I add, but I'm am still seething. I would give zero, no, negative stars if I could.

And it seems the continued feedback on the FedEx site concerning problems with my deliveries gets zero results and the driver continues to put my deliveries at risk by not following my request to simply place the packages inside my package box and close the latch, so moving forward i will begin to copy this feedback and post it on Google, Trust Pilot and any orher rating site i can find. Its apparent that the feedback is not reaching managers who care and as a result it never makes it to the drivers. Just follow the requests in the Delivery Manager. No excuses other than laziness and incompetence. Our house sits about 200 yards inside this gate, rather than have them code in, drive up to the house and deliver to the door, i really thought it would make it easier, quicker and safer (i even installed lighting at the gate for the sole purpose of helping the couriers). I completely understand employees want to leave on time, but the associate working that afternoon, Sarah, made it very clear she was annoyed that I came in close to closing. Rather than offering basic assistance, she was rude and refused to take my package, claiming it did not have the "original shipping label." I politely explained that I never include my personal information on boxes and that I've shipped through UPS for over 10 yearswithout ever being told that was a problem. Sarah continued to argue and said she could get in trouble or "lose their Amazon contract" if she accepted the return, which made no sense and felt more like an excuse not to help a customer. After working an 8-hour shift myself and stopping in only to drop off a simple return, I found her attitude unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful. I asked for the corporate contact information, and she told me the location was privately owned, which I later confirmed. I took the manager's card and called back on Monday to speak with someone about the issue. I eventually reached Sam, the assistant store manager, who was very polite and apologetic. She said she would speak with Sarah and notify the center manager, Kimberly Schrupp, about the situation. However, I waited several days and never received a follow-up call from Kimberly, which I find very disappointing and unprofessional. This entire experience reflects poorly on this location's management and customer service. As a loyal UPS customer for over a decade, I expect better professionalism, courtesy, and accountability. I'm also concerned that elderly customers or those unfamiliar with the process might be treated the same way or taken advantage of in similar situations. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and that things improve for this location moving forward.

They securely wrapped the TVs and any glass furniture. Carefully loaded and unloaded boxes and carried things upstairs fast and with no complaints. They moved a 4 bedroom house in just under 3 hours while being very careful. I have them bottled water twice and we ripped them $100 each for working in the heat plus during covid. I will tell everyone to use C and R. Great company and great care! Really nice guys and even set everything where I needed it. Lifesavers!
